Copy of the legal document C410 aio

Have a HP AIO C410, impossible to copy or scan legal document from the top loading (part flat is designed only for normal size paper).  Consistantly book restores in rolls, as it starts to feed through, but nothing seems to block the way to the plate.  Raised door and verified rolls, but don't understand what lock / unlock (on the tile) is related to what either.  Any ideas I can try?

I'm linking a document troubleshooting for jams in the ADF.  Click here  Ignore the name of the document.  He mentions an error message you don't have.  All of the points apply to your situation.  There are a lot of good information here, and I suggest that you go through here carefully.  Let me know how it goes.

Good luck!

    Any help?

    Hi, Jason
I think you forgot to mention what buttons I have to hold in the power of the UFM.
I did re-init procedure (hold right + Cancel when power on) and reflashed latest firmware. It did not help.

If I do a search with the ADF, the printer tries to print anything. UPM simply returns to the ready state after the end of the analysis.

    Update:

It seems that I fixed it.

I did the procedure exactly as Jason suggested, but when I checked whether the problem is resolved, UPM did the same, scanned and returned to the ready state without printing anything.

After that I did hard reset again, then immediately I did again the procedure to reset internal memory

(Turn off the UPM, press front panel and hold right + Cancel buttons, power on UPM during their detention, let them go after the LCD displays "init memory" and wait as UPM to ready state.)
  • How can I copy, paste the Word document in Adobe Reader PDF?

A customer is not using Microsoft Word, but type the text for my editing in Adobe PDF. Too many changes, too heavy for me. After the PDF to Word conversion, I change using different colors of ink. How can I copy, cut, paste edition WORD document into a PDF? Other than using "trombone" or features "attachments"?

With Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can not. At the very least, it requires the full version of Acrobat, and even in this case, it can be difficult.

Your best bet is to do all the editing of the original document (not the pdf) and then create a new pdf from that.

It's probably a police problem. I'm afraid it probably isn't that you can do about it, unless you re-create the file and OCR it.

  • A copy of the eligible US Original manufacturer's warranty

    Hi HP laptop owners:

I bought a laptop HP Pavilion TX1215NR on August 14, 2007. The LCD screen has just stopped working a few weeks ago and manufaturers on laptop warranty expired in August 2008. I'm trying to make use of the additional protection offered by my credit card company. "However they require a"

A copy of the eligible US Original manufacturer's warranty". I have lost this document due to a couple of shots because I bought the laptop and I tried to get a copy of the same Best Buy until HP with nothing doesn't. HP has enough to direct me to their website where I can enter the product number and serial number to display on my laptop warranty information. However, the credit card company is not ready to recognize the document and insist on a copy of the original document.

I was hoping that someone here would be gracious kindness to send me a "copy of the Original eligible US manufacturer's warranty" since it is a generic document. Thank you very much

If you need a copy of the real, as a hard copy printed for legal purposes, then you might be in trouble. I know that HP sent a copy with each cell. If you no longer have this copy then copy online you found IS the legal copy. HP does not publish of the mass amounts of their documentation on paper. You can tell your credit card company that the copy IS legal online, when you contact HP, HP respects the virtual warraty as legaly binding. Now, I understand that there is any departmants in these credit companies that are used to find any excuse for not paying. If you contact HP and ask for a case manager, you MIGHT be able to get a paper copy, but I don't know about you.

  • Legal document within a document of Tabloid

    Hello

I don't know exactly what search terms to find the answer to this, so forgive me if this is a redundant position.

Recently, I picked up a job creating brochures for marketing of the hotel.  Apparently, the printed document is legal size, but the printer wants it centered in a tabloid paper.  Here are the instructions:

    Crops and bleeds
The size of the document is 8.5 x 14 (legal)
Our facilities want a minimum of 1/8 "purge
The document must be a print ready .pdf, tabloid (11 x 17), with the centered document
The attached document is not tabloid, but tabloid is what we are looking for
The PDF should be two pages, front and back.
The type of cultures used does not matter, we just need bleeds and crop

I've never set up a document in this way and I don't know how to focus or bleeding well settled on the legal document since it is located in the tabloid.

Can someone help me understand how to configure this file?

    Thanks in advance,

    JP

If you can, I would start looking for a new printer. This guy did not do its job. You should be able to deliver your doc of legal size with the added crops and bleeds and it should slide on any sheet size it wants. Looks like that it doesn't really have a PDF workflow or its equipment is outdated.

There are two ways to deal with this if you have to deal with this guy. If you have Acrobat Pro, you can open the PDF file and the agricultural tool dialog box allows you to change the size of the page (since at least version 8). It's probably the fastest thing you can do.

Another option is to print to PDF instead of export, allowing you to select a tabloid page size and the centered position. All transparency will be flattened, but it is perhaps an advantage in this case because it seems quite likely that this guy is unable to print correctly, in any case.

  • You can copy the legal size in the format on 8500 a letter?

I want to take a legal size document and copy it on a piece of paper letter size using the 8500 has.  You can set an option of resizing 'Fit to Page' but the glass surface is not large enough to hold the legal size paper.  I get an error if I try to put the piece of legal size of paper in the document feeder when the "Fit to Page" option is selected.  There should be a way to do it, but I can't understand it.  Any ideas?

    Hello

You should be able to make these settings in the copy menu. There is actually an option in there that is called legal letter 72%. See the screenshot of the menu copy below.

  • Automatic copy of the documents stored in iCloud Mac HD?

Is it possible to save automatically documents etc. that I record on iCloud? Although I love synchronization between devices, I don't have a faith in Apple to have my only copy of an important document living remotely and independent of my will on the iCloud.  I'd be happier with a local copy as I guarantee you access to.  Y at - it a soft which should save a copy on hard drive on my Mac when I save on iCloud?

If you use iCloud Drive on your Mac, you already have a copy of each document. They are simply hidden from your part.

Whenever I start, all the contents of My Documents have been copied to the desktop.  I have to keep deleting the folders on the desktop, that takes forever.  How this can happen?

I just found the cause of the problem.

I ran Malwarebytes, the scanner from Microsoft - nothing.

Today, I had left the computer at night and went into account it is not when I reboot, it is once per day, without worrying.

So on a hunch, I checked in scheduled tasks and program backup, AllWay Sync and found it was updated once / day back - up My Documents on the desktop.  I have no idea how that got the value, probably a mistake.  End of the problem.

  • When I sent a point (from document file) in the garbage can, it makes a copy of the item and puts it in the document file

Hello, please help.  When I try to remove an item from the My Documents file, it sends the item to the trash to recycle, BUT ALSO creates a copy and put it in My Documents. It drives me crazy.  Thank you

go to msconfig (type in the search box in startmenu or run in xp, and then press enter) then prepare your computer to clean boot by disabling all startup items and any of the services of windows, and then restart your computer. See if it makes a difference? If it did then you know who caused the problem.

Then, make sure your system is clean of viruses and spyware and also

    using the analysis

    http://www.Malwarebytes.org/

It is recommended to perform a complete analysis using above program anti-malware and a good anti-spyware and antivirus as:

    For spyware:

  • Retrieve a Document copied by right-clicking "copy" and the function paste

I created a document three days ago. I tried to copy and paste in another empty document. I have accidentally re-copied something else and stuck the most recent copy, that was not the first document I wanted copied. * I hope this makes sense * what I thought was that Windows maintains these copy documents to the Clipboard. However, I hear that Windows Vista is not such file no longer available. Is it possible to retrieve the first copied document of, perhaps, a list of documents copied from a Clipboard? Because I copied something else before I stuck the first document... I hope that, somehow, it's logical... :) Thank you!

You should not have a history of items on the Clipboard in Vista (even if there are 3 third party programs that can be installed to provide this functionality).  These features won't work if you have saved this document copied a file - not if you only copied the text, but it was never actually saved.  If this is the case, I'm afraid you're out of luck.

If you have Vista Business, Vista Ultimate or Vista Enterprise, you can be lucky.  They have so-called saves shadow copies, which are deleted or modified files that can be recovered in case changes/deletions made by mistake.  http://www.Microsoft.com/Windows/Windows-Vista/features/shadow-copy.aspx more information about how to use this feature to: http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/howdoi/?p=145.

If you have Vista Basic or Premium of Vista, shadow copies is not available; However, there is an alternative that is free and the shadow copies feature called Shadow Explorer. http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/recover-files-with-shadow-copies-on-any-version-of-windows-vista/.  Although it will not help you this time, it could very well save you in case this happens again.

In case this does not work (not all files are available through shadow - it occurs periodically), here are some additional free recovery programs that might help:

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/freeware/system/fwdatarecovery.html (first try Recuva)

http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/DiskDigger.html (try this second - if it does not also the chances of recovery are slim, but we invite you to try other options if you wish)

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/easusdfr.html

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/restoration.html

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/downloads/Recuva/dlrecuva.html

    http://www.SoftPerfect.com/products/FileRecovery/

    http://techpaul.WordPress.com/2008/06/23/how-to-recover-your-lost-files/

The files are not really deleted until they are crushed (although they are no longer available through conventional methods).  If you decide to try these recovery programs, you should stop using your drive hard immediately in order not to replace the data that you are trying to recover.  He slave on another PC and launch the recovery of this PC.  Even now you have definitely lost some of them if you use the same PC.  If you can not do this (slave on another PC), you run the risk of overwriting the data with every action you do on the PC (but you may still be able to recover some or most or even all files - it's a matter of luck).

Only you can decide if the data is important enough to take the PC to an expert data recovery to recover files (they will have better programs and hardware to do that none of us do, and I've provided above).  Do NOT go to the Geek Squad or one of these centers of store-, they generally don't know what they are doing - it take for expert data recovery.  It will cost you a little and they generally offer no guarantees.  The decision is yours.

Good luck and I hope this helps!

  • I try to print a double-sided in a legal document from the microsoft Publisher file. I can't.

I have a HP 8500 all in one.

I mentioned it in the print options: double-sided legal paper.  But I still get a page back.

    Hello

The duplex printing module does not support the legal size.

Take a look under paper Handeling > sizes of paper supported in specifications below:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c02173269

You can only print a single face or manual double-sided printing for the format of legal support.

By example, if I print a legal document and legal paper in tray 2, can the printer auto-detection to draw paper from tray 2 without me having to select.

    (2) how can you do two sided (duplex) of legal size paper?  Can it be done? Whenever I have it try just prints pages unique faces.

    Hello

You can set the assignment of Board as follows:

    1. Open Control Panel > devices and printers.
    2. Right click on the HP Officejet Pro 8600 icon and select printer properties.
    3. Open the device settings tab.
