  I have a requirement saying that - for any selection of filters. If my retail report has less than 5 cases it should show a message saying "less than 5 records" and does not display the results.
  
  If the report contains more than 5 records then - user need to display the results.
  
  For example: filters - Manager Id, service Id
  Report 1 on dashboard - name of the employee, the employee, Department Id, Id of director compensation
  Report on dashboard 2 - address of the employee, employee, manager name
  
  For above selection of filters so the Total number. Records for Report1 < 5 ('Show - No results"), Total No. records for Report1 > 5 (Show - results)
  Even, even to the Report2.
  
  Please, let me know how should I have to work on that.

  You can try filtering MAX (RCOMPTE ("ID Manager")) > 5. I hope this helps.

  I created my captivate projects using the internal server for reporting. Everything works wonderfully well, as long as the user passes the quiz. If the user fails the test, the results are not published to the server. In fact the dialog box that appears when you pass the quiz asking for names and e-mail addresses does not appear when sweat fails the quiz, so my guess is thatit even never tries to send information to the server.

  Using captivate 7.

  Quiz settings are attached. Summarised as follows:

  incomplete-> pass/fail

  Drag the views: quiz is spent

  Any ideas on why I don't get the data missed?

  OK, so after a few hours on this topic, I discovered what is causing the problem.

  Don't consider them scores failures unless you check the box to allow users to review quizzes.

  Is it normal? or is this a bug?

  In my situation I don't want the student to be able to review quiz, but I don't want their data failed. Fact on the result slide I want to hide the control button behind the other controls on the screen.

  It would be much easier that it worked well.

  I have created a merge document and mail merge in word using an excel sheet spread as a data source.  Initially, no sign of £ showed in the document among other formatting problems.  I have (finally) found help explaining that I should use MS Excel via a DDE data sheets - I tried this but it seems to corrupt the data so that the column that contains say '1 names' contains "price data", "address" line contains the data of 'comments', making the e-mail merge nonsense.

  If you use an alternative data source is CBO or something all NFL results (which wasn't shown on the worksheet) appear in the mail merge '0' both are unacceptable.

  Surely I'm not the only person to meet these challenges is the software never tested before being sold where is the help manual, I tried to use the online help but will not accept my product key.  All solutions provide the most basic assistance but my documents are fairly complex something computers should be good.  I lost most of today on this.  Sometimes I think it would be faster to type these longhand things than to use a Microsoft product.

  I have a table with selection enabled and displayRow property the value selected. In the workflow, I have an ExecuteWithParams activity, and then a method activity that restores the current iterator of the line. Finally the activity view that displays the table.

  How do you create the new layer? Looks like you have a selection and use ctrl/cmd-J. If you have a choice and it is empty, you will get this error.

  Step 1 & 2 are completed successfully. But in step 3, when I add version control, an error message appears.

  File-> Version Control-> add to version control-> connector Sharepoint RoboHelp-> Ok-> enter Sharepoint site-> test the connection

  Error message: "test connection displays error: could not contact the site at the specified url.» There is no web named *. "/ _vti_bin/sites.asmx.

  What is the URL that you use? You must point RH on the site or subsite holding library. Not the library itself.

  Have you installed the SDK or JRE 1.6? Looks like tools.jar is missing; This file is provided with the SDK, but not a JRE.
