It was not enough to run the drop as an administrator, but to give administrator rights for all users (right-click the drop-> properties-> compatibility-> settings for all users-> check "Run as Administrator").   Hello, I have the subscription of the CC of the photograph and use Photoshop a lot.  I needed to make a few quick settings a clip video and discovered that I could do this easily in Lightroom.  I pulled up to Lightroom for the first time and updated.  He'll do anything I want!

  the problem has been fixed. I started on the dvd to see if I could install it outside of windows. I discovered that I could just install from windows. When I came out, I came across a repair button.  Who find startup errors and fixed them.  I then rebooted and went into windows and was able to install.

Unfortunately, this value was the default for my registry key changes could be made. Some other fixes involved the renaming of Upperfilter.bak, for Upperfilters unfortunately this .bak value does not exist in my registry.

  Not quite, but pretty close. Media Direct could not lock the boot sector. It must be a BIOS lock or a mechanism of protection provided by your antivirus software.  Given that, I would check your program settings then for all that prevents changes to the boot sector.   Nothing worked and I'm pulling my hair out.  I use WMC with an HDHomeRun and a map of Time Warner cable.  This facility worked well for more than a year before installing this update.  The machine is a Dell XPS 8300 running windows 7 SP1.   I'm unable to watch all channels protected by DRM and I lost all my legally registered content.  It is a disaster and cost me 30 hours and counting.  Anyone have any ideas?
