  Apple has features of replacement, but nobody has used before, and they should be sealed when you get one. It seems you have a given phone, which as far as I know, Apple does not unless you specifically buy a device renovated on their part.

  First, you must be certain that you buy an iPhone in the country, that it will be used.  Otherwise, the iPhone will not guarantee (by Apple).

  I bought my iphone from Apple 6 January 10th, 2015 in Dubai. I dropped my iphone in February and the upper part of the iphone (above the display) got a minute crack. It wasn't any of of replacement in India if I had no choice but to use the iphone and when I tried to update the iphone to iOS9.1 in November 2015 I got an error 53. Apple in India said that they can't fix here and I have to send in Dubai. I had to wait a month to send it to Dubai and finally did. My warranty expires January 11, 2016. When administered at home in dubai now, they say I still owe 1240 aed to get a new phone because my warranty is void if the iphone is broken. BUT the error occurred because I broke my phone (it worked fine for 10 months). I lost all my data because of this error. I don't want apple to fix my screen or anything! I just want what they to correct the error 53 so that I can use my phone, but they will not! and I did not still the iphone for repair off! So it is still under warranty. Please help me. I can't throw all my earnings trying to fix a phone where the fault is on apple. Help, please. Thank you.

  Some things you should check before going through your purchase:

  1 make sure that the phone you buy is not to have my iPhone turned on under iCloud ID of the previous owner if you haven't, you might get stuck with a phone that you can never use. You can check this link: https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/, or you can check it by going to settings > iCloud on the device to verify that a signed in iCloud Apple ID

  2. make sure that the phone is unlocked by the carrier who used the former owner. If the phone is not unlocked, you would only be able to use a SIM card that same carrier. You need a SIM card to activate the device.

  3. the SIM card has nothing to do with your Apple ID, you don't have to change it in any way

  4. ensure that the phone has been erased and then set up with your information by signing in iCloud, Messages, FaceTime, Email & iTunes App Store under settings

• IPhone replacement 6s ceased to vibrate as he replaced

  Got a new iPhone 6s in November and he stopped vibrating after one day. Then I thought to myself okay this is probably a software problem that they work on the 9.2 update, and was not so caught up to apple and was advised to bring the phone to be considered by the genius bar. Brought in and even the guy he was trampled at what it might be like when you reset the phone or turn it off the vibrate function would work but only for a day or two.

  Anyway had a replacement phone for the 27 December 2015 and everything was working fine until today January 9, 2016 so for 13 days, it worked fine and now it is gone the same way as the first vibration when the texts/calls receivers and even tactile 3D does not work unless I turn the phone market again.

  There is a known issue that I don't know the iPhone 6s or I do something wrong? Although I have never had any problems with any off my other iPhones like this

  No, you don't seem to be anything wrong, and there appears not to be a documented bug. Restore the phone like new (and no backup) If you have not already done. You might have corrupted software. If this does not help, then you * could * have had the misfortune to have 2 defective phones (it happened in the past).

  Take it back to the Genius Bar and maybe try one at another store (if possible).
