• Uninstall KB2052664 (related to Windows Journal)

  More two weeks ago, we installed this KB on all our machines. It is also company policy from our Wsus server. A few days later (Windows 7 SP1 32-bit and 64-bit) machines started locking, enter the CTRL ALT DEL screen while users were using the keyboard. Users at cru first caused by pressing them something keyboards out there. The only thing that has changed on all PCs are windows updates and MacAfee antivirus software. This week, there are only 2 windows updates. the rest being updated Office 2013. So I research on net, found that every time this update has been pushed its cause different problems. To see if the cause was the windows updates, we stopped the two train updates being pushed out.

  Uninstalled KB3170735 that relates to Windows Journal which we do not. It came out but the problem persists.

  As we could not push uninstall WSUS to KB2952664, no other choice. We have uninstalled manually, uninstall through no error, the computer restarted. checked that he went, HE WAS NOT always on display in the view windows updates.

  I don't know exactly what caused freeze when you scan, however, what you can do is to start the computer in Safe Mode and then run the scan of the computer.

  First of all, please make sure that you use the following Setup program, with the sam file name and size:

  On the start menu click folder in the search bar and open the temp folder listed.

  Select all the files in this folder and delete them, then the trash emprty (these are all temporary files, it is safe to remove).

  If some files cannot be deletions ignore these files... as soon as there is any remaining files, but there are several remining files you are fine.

  Then try to run the Setup file again and check any change.

  If it persists, open the folder %Temp%, and then open the HP installation folder that begins with 7z.

  Open the Util folder then the CCC folder.

  Run the Uninstall_L4.bat file. If nothing appears only a CMD dialog box after a few sewconds click Enter and follow the uninstall by confirming one of these... more complete uninstallation, restart your PC as required and try to reinstall the software.

  You have a question? AA6 is not fully compatible with Win7, probably not at all to a 64-bit system. The recommendation is to buy AAXI. If you manage to install AA6 on Win7, you can optionally change the port of the Adobe PDF printer to FILE and then print to file. It is a PS file and will then be run through Distiller to obtain a PDF file. This may or may not work for you. I've experimented with AA5 and managed in this way for a Win7 32-bit system. Not a great solution, but it may meet your need.

  Plugins are not included in the Firefox download, because Mozilla is not allowed to distribute. Firefox automatically detects the plugins on your system through a number of methods, so it was a good idea to revisit and disable those you don't need. I have really no idea whence the special ones.
