  You can click the Info Panel file name field, enter ⌘A to select all, then copy and paste the name of the file where you want, for example, the title field or description.

  Hi guys, I was wonder if anyone can give me a hand with a script.

  I need to be able to paste a list of file names of the files as follows:

  0001.jpg 0002.jpg 0003.jpg 0004.jpg

  At the moment, if I select the files in the Finder, copy to the Clipboard and paste them in TextEdit, they are like this:

  0003.jpg

  0004.jpg

  I found a similar but slightly different script and I don't know how to change it. Here it is:

  There is an easier way. Open a TextEdit document and paste the list in. Place the cursor at the end of the first item and drag it to the start of the second.

  

  Press on + command + c to copy and then command + f to bring up find it. Press command + v (do not click in the first search field). Check the 'Replace' box, click in the field replace, and then type a comma and a space.

  I made the following observation:

  I have a file compiling fine; now, I add the line

  Open (filename);

  to one of my functions (file_name is defined) and compile again. I get the message that I need to add the above mentioned include statement. Besides, I already have this include statement... I don't mind, press 'Yes' and CVI adds this line in my code. Then I compile again and I have exactly the same message... I can continue to pile up as lines without effect, so I would tend to assume that something wrong here

  I want my program to automatically create a file name, I'm using the "Filename" which was available online generator and also the "single file name" VI. The way im using this is, I let the user select a path and the path to the file name generator.vi. The output of this VI is the entrance of the single filename.vi. And the output of this VI is the root where the actual output file will be. Im getting an error:

  7 open/create/replace the file in spreadsheet error write String.vi-> .vi write to the spreadsheet (string) file-> write header & Waveform Ref.vi-> Main.vi

  I enclose my main VI and two screws above the frames png file that contains these functions is also attached.

  Is there a way to get over this?

  Its done, I used the open/create function... and set the operation to '5', which prompts the user to decide whether to replace the file.

• How to set programmatically to a generation specificaiton target filename and destination directory?

  I'm trying to simplify my generation of application process. Currently, every time I do a new build, I take the current build and change the name of construction technique, target filename and destination the directory manually.

  I wish I had a pre-build VI run that changes the target directory filename and destination based on the version number auto-incrémentées. I found GetTargetBuildSpecs.vi to... \vi.lib\AppBuilder\, but could not find property nodes that allow me to define the generation of the spec properties that I want.

  Anyone has any info on this?

  Hello, well this is not the only program file I have in my list of programs in the programs and features. I get the same message when I try to run uninstall them.   Looks like you're currently writing custom file Express VI configured to 'save to file' - this means that all the data for a given session will be saved in the same file.  The file number will be incremented only once the application is restarted or the Boolean Reset entry has the value True.  If you want to save on a series of files, select the option "Save to a series of files" and configure the Express VI as needed to generate new files at intervals.

  If you want to write blocks of variable data to a new file size whenever the user clicks the Activate button, you may be able to get away with wiring just a real constant for the Reset.  I would recommend when to even take a look at the options available in the recording of a series of settings files.

  So you see this file/folder of green, blue are the files not double or triple.
