Creating cloud Packager - oops something went wrong, please try again.

I keep running into this error when you try to use the CCP.  This occurs when you are trying to connect with our Adobe ID and password.  I tried to remove the opm.db of my AppData folder and the revival of CCP.  I also uninstalled CCP and reinstalled but I still get this same question.  It really happened to a point where I spend more time instead of actually solving the problems with CCP.

This could result in your proxy environment? The same problem occurs if you try to connect outside your network work (for example at home)?

    If deletion OOBE does not help, then you can try the CC cleaning tool

    Go to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder and delete opm.db. Restart the CCPLauncher. You will need to log in again.

    Go to the OOBE folder, delete opm.db, and then connect back to the CCP.

    Please navigate to ~/Libraray (the user library) / Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it. Launch of CCP and try to connect. Please let us know if it worked.

  • Creating cloud Packager: "Oops, something went wrong.

    I have been troubleshooting this for some time now, I came to the conclusion that the problem (for me) is not network or firewall related. I get the error on a wireless network completely open, no firewall involved. When I run the CCP through 1% and then, when it gets to 2%, and the status is "Download", I get the error of 'Oops '. I looked, and it is to show that Adobe Bridge has been partially downloaded. At this point, I think that the error is caused by the CCP being unable to do anything with this partially downloaded bridge.

    So my question is how to COMPLETELY uninstall CCP, including all files, preferences and especially how I trash any partially downloaded software? He's looking as if I could remove the partial transfer of the bridge it would probably work after that. It is on OS X 10.9.

    Run the cleaning of CC Adobe tool to solve some creative clouds or Creative Suite installation problems.

    I have the latest version of Firefox. My ISP uses Yahoo.com for its home page. For the past few weeks, whenever I try to read an article, news or sports, I get a message that says "Oops, something went wrong. I tried to reload several times but no help. Same thing on another computer that has a different Board and cpu. The two systems are Win XP Pro. This problem started before the date limit of windows. Restart the machine did not help either. Any suggestions?

    Looks like the site has a problem. Not you. Try to go to other web sites
    and see if there are any problems with them.

    Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache.

    Clear the Cache

    Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.


    and

    Delete Cookies
    Firefox/tools > Options > privacy.

    Under historical, select Firefox will use the custom settings.

    There is a button on the right side, called View the Cookies.

    If there is still a problem,
    Launch Firefox in Mode safe

    While you are in safe mode;

    Firefox Options > advanced > General.

    Find and stop using hardware acceleration.

    Dig safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart.

    Since I upgraded to Firefox 2 or 3 days, get on Facebook is very slow and lazy. Whenever I try to play a game, I get an error message, that something was wrong, please refresh. I refreshed Firefox and checked all my plugins for updates and that did not help at all.

  • Creative Cloud Packager fails with Error Oops something went badly wrong, please try again

    It is a Windows installation. Research on this error suggests a solution to remove the CCP directory under the local profile, but it did not work. Tried to run the tool on a number of machines as well behind the firewall/proxy and using an unsecured connection, but always fails. Very frustrating. We are a Department Gov and use a subscription to creative cloud teams. That's where I download the last PAC called CCPLauncher, although I also tried the version on the LWS site with same bad results. Any help much appreciated.

  • I'm trying to update the synchronization from the old to the new. When you connect, I get the message (in German) "error 500. Oops, something went wrong. Let's fix this. "

    With "login", I mean the page that appears when I click on "Options-> Configure sync" (or however it's called in English).

    I have one of my computers disconnected from the synchronization of the former. And this is the latest version of Firefox. What I didn't, it's step 2 "unplug ALL devices". It's impossible because I often changed the Linux Distro on many computers in the past years and I synced Firefox everywhere and in the (old) list of devices ago still showing that devices exist no more long time, but you cannot delete them.

    So, to be safe, I have not disconnected Firefox on my other computers (and always use the old sync), because then I'm afraid I'll lose ALL my data.

    I have a problem on one of my computers laptops, Ubuntu 14.04, V 38.0.

    Error 500 ouattara because something was wrong. We have been advised and to tackle the problem.

    What version of Firefox is that happening with?

  • App Builder - create the App of InDesign - "Sign failed - Please Try Again"

    I run the constructor the Folio Builder in (CC) InDesign panel App, by selecting my folio "Create App".  At the launch of the App Builder, he immediately mistakes, saying "sign in failed, pelase try again."  I choose "Log Out" in the corner and Log In (successfully), but then a message appears telling me to create an app, that I need to run generator app from the folio builder Panel.

    I read the support article on the folio names and section causing an error, but all my names seem to be ok - just smallcase, without spaces or special characters.

    Make sure you use your creative cloud account to connect to the Folio Builder Panel and choose Create App. If this does not work, try to connect on the Folio Builder Panel, choose Create App and then connect you.

  • Download CC (oops something went badly wrong) account problems

    I'm on a HP Windows 7Pro z820 the problem I have is once I've logged into my account CC trying to download first I get an Oops shot something went wrong, please try again and try once again repeat the cycle I restart and check in the results is the same.

    Hallo alle zusammen

    ICH versuche den Creative Cloud Packager zum laufen zu bringen, ich kann mich auch mit meiner sign in ID, dann kommt die message "Initializing Creative Cloud package. This may take a few seconds' aber nach einer Weile kommt immer die Fehlermeldung "Oops, something has gone wrong, please try again."

    Ist OS Win7 64 bit.

    I just got a chat with support session and he succeeded to remote in and the fix for this problem by stopping all the services of Adobe in the Manager of tasks then went to my profiles folder in c:\users\\AppData\Local\Adobe and there he renamed the OOBE OOBE.old folder.  When I ran the Setup again, it ran fine and created a new OOBE folder.

    It happened to me yesterday. Deletion of a particular process that is "stuck" and quitting and restarting creative cloud Office should fix.

    Open the activity monitor (Applications > utilities).

    Find the CCLibrary process. Click the X in the top left to leave the process. In the displayed dialog box to confirm you want to force them to leave.

    Go to the application office creative cloud (gear icon) menu and choose quit. Go to Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud file > Adobe Creative Cloud and launch it again.
