  You can try calling Apple Service customer. People have reported that they were able to cancel iTunes game and get a pro-rated refund.

  You will need to go to the app Store in iTunes, rather than the music app. This app is purple/pink and white, while the music app is white and rainbow-ish. If you can't find it, try to use Spotlight search and make sure that restrictions is disabled.

  In addition, you will need a computer with iTunes installed to transfer music to an iPod Nano.

  Yes, aggravating circumstances.  But it is not possible AFAIK.  There may be a solution of homebrew, but I didn't go down the road of homebrew.

  As far as I know is, our primary use for the Apple TV is listening to music, this box is turned immediately if this disorder declined, that's what I get instead a perfectly functional (less multiplayer Crossy Road - we will survive) existing device.

  I have a Hyundai Elantra (the equivalent American i30) 2013 and when connecting my phone to the car with USB port, the flying track controls do not work in the ios 10. I used to be able to change the path of a song in ios 9 very well. The music app Apple and others like Google Play, Spotify, etc. were very well in ios 9. In ios 10, if I change the track, it causes the phone to disconnect from the car. It seems that Apple has some work to do to correct the compatibility with cars when you connect to them with the USB port.

  These decisions do not come from Apple. They are made by the artist or their record label. And Yes, the albums/titles come and go. Maybe the artist/label are renegotiating their terms with Apple.

  So if you want to be able to disseminate what you like, then no streaming service is perfect.
