  I'm having a major problem with Muse and British Colombia and need help.

  I connect to my Adobe account and load of Muse, but when I try to log in British Colombia for the publication, I get a message ERROR UNKNOWN. If I get an incorrect password, I get a message PASSWORD INCORRECT so there seems to be a problem with Muse connection with BC. I have reset my password BC and connected with online success in British Colombia, but still have the same ERROR, UNKNOW in Muse.

  I can't seem to be able to change a Muse site transferred in British Colombia, using the SiteManager/Pages/edit option all the getting is a line of code like below {module_json template="/page-templates/about-us.tpl" json="/data/collection-u8979.json"}

  You can do technically always getting to the content in the 'Content holders' section of the admin. Or depending on the content being edited, it may be in the model tab of page.

  Hi all

  looking to set up a password protected pages on a site of BC.

  for example, the (client) Site administrator could create a new web application with customer specific content element and then share the article page web app with the client that the password protected page.

  It would be ongoing, with a new customer every time. Ideally, the process should encourage the customer to create an account

  Looking at the areas of security, I couldn't work if that was possible.

  Does anyone know how this could be done in British Colombia?

  If you are on a tight schedule and you don't have the time to play with the API queries or to develop a new application for this purpose I suggest to go with the "manual" way The app has its advantages in the long-term usability, but it requires some knowledge of developer.

  Here are some resources that will help you to choose between the two:

  1 create an application base - build your first application (you need at least a paying site to register as application developer)

  2 create a CRM - Customer contact | Developers of enterprise catalyst

  3. subscribe the customer to a secure area - customers of and secureZones. Developers of enterprise catalyst

  4. create a webapp - Create Web App point | Developers of enterprise catalyst (when you create the item webapp you can also bind it to the CRM contact created above)

  From a complexity point of view this app is not extremely complex given the right forward, that you must implement. Even with all the samples provided, but it will take a certain amount of programming knowledge.

  I'm having some trouble with Secure area for Business Catalyst. If I link to a page that is in the muse of adobe and make it secure, it seems to work great, except that... If I know the web address, it binds to it without going through the connection. Why is this? How to prevent this?

  I know I can create a page on the right in British Colombia, and then its really impossible to know the address... but then I cannot bind it to an actual Web page. I use HTML? to create a page?

  IM really confused and searched for hours about what I'm doing wrong. Could someone help me please. I hope I'm just being a fool and this is a very easy solution.

  Gurus of BC is the best site to learn Business Catalyst. They have even a section for the integration of the Muse. Here is a video on an Intro to Secure areas that should cover everything you need.

  Is it possible to have a Web site from the list where the following happens in British Colombia:

  3 groups of members:

  • Owner of the website (Administrator)
  • Employers
  • Entrepreneurs

  Employer lists a description of the job to the site via a web form and logs on to the secure Web site. This description is assigned a number of automated work.

  Once the work has been registered, an email is sent to contractors in the area (i.e. a city) to inform them that a work has been recognized in their field, with a link to the new ad job.

  Some confidential details about the job description are not listed until a contractor accepts a job.

  When a contractor agrees work (i.e. is the first to apply for a job), there comes the following:

  • An automatic e-mail is sent to the employer (with the number of job, the contractor coordinates and link to the list of works)
  • An automatic e-mail is sent to the contractor (with the job number and the link to the list of works)
  • The work of registration is no longer available to other entrepreneurs (either work is still listed but without option for other entrepreneurs to apply OR work, it is no longer displayed publicly on the Web site).

  Hoping someone can help me with this... I'm developing a secure portal for one of my clients.  Unfortunately, I did have the chance to dive deep into the liquid again, so way of looking for help here :).  Here's what I want to achieve:

  A customer is assigned to a particular and secure area (via my client, ensure the client to a secure area that relates to them).  This customer would see only the web app refers to them only.  More than a customer can access the same element web app.

  Assuming that we attribute these elements of web application in a protected area, is anyway to do this easily with the liquid? If so, any tips?

  Hi Aaron,

  Property in an element of web application system is limited to 1 person, you can not add to it, change it in any form.

  You might have a custom field for a list of names of people and run a liquid check to see if the questions that the name was the same as the recorded person (defining it with javascript on the presentation of point web app) BUT it's open to...

  1. If someone did an admin entry and I forgot to add, or does not have the correct names down.

  2. liquid has a maximum range of only 500 items. You can run if statements, your own collection etc. but it actually only works in this 500-point range. This is a major issue for me and I try to get same information BC on it but they avoid it now

• Adobe Muse and secure areas

  I have an Adobe muse site I am trying to add a secure area too. I did everything that I need to add the secure area. I've even set up the form with a user name and password. My problem is when I take the code HTML of the form and insert it into my muse to adobe site and download the site that the form is deleted from the portal Business Catalyst. If the secure area exists and I am able to log in with a user name and password entered manually in the portal. However, if you try to fill out the form on the site after hitting submitted, you will notice that the shape says its invalid, I guess because the download of muse has deleted the form from the web forms Manager. Any help is appreciated.

  JD, you must follow these steps to avoid your forms deleted when the Muse:

  1. Create the form Web in British Colombia
  2. Add to a page (any page, even on a blank page)
  3. Submit the form once
  4. Now if you publish Muse, your web form will not get deleted more.

• Cannot add secure area

  I am trying to ad a dial-up connection to one of the pages of my site from Muse. I googled instructions on how to do it, but I don't have the option of adding a secure area. I don't know I'm missing something.

  If you do not see it in the admin it means that you are on a plan that does not have this feature. If you use a creative cloud site, this is the version very very basic British Colombia and does not have many of the features. You will need to update the site for these.

  I published my site muse in British Colombia. My current plan is online marketing, which is supposed to include the secure areas but when I go to the site Manager tab This is no the case to find. Can anyone help?

  In the Admin, your right hand side top panel, mouse over your name and go to 'my details '. You will see a check box "Enable online content editing. Check this box, click on save and logout. Connection again and goto site manager, you will see more options like file manager.

  Securezones on Web sites are nothing to do with your BC OR login your cloud login creation.

  A securezone on a website is to secure content and customer CRM with user name and password on this website with access and a login to access this content if they are assigned to one area.

  If you create an account of BC and you talk to develop sites using Adobe Business Catalyst, then it will be at some point to synchronize/merge prompt your creative cloud account.

  Yes, looks like the Composition widget containers are of fixed height. I expect any container widget that supports being 100% browser width will work (accordion, tab panel, status button), but others will not for the moment. We will look at that review, but it will not be part of the next major release.

  I want to edit the HTML code that is generated in British Colombia, so I can move the JavaScript in the header and the body.  What is safe or not recommended?  If I bumble I can still download the site of Muse and crush my mess.

  It is not recommended, but yes, you can make changes in British Colombia.

  These changes will not merge in your file of Muse.

  In addition, you must make sure that all links (Menu, links to JS and css are updated on each reference page)

  And if you're wrong, you can publish the site again in Vancouver to overwrite the changes.
