  I tried to put each line of the form for amounts of specificity so that it ends at some point and does not change the text size to fit on the line but different key characters have different widths, so you do not get a length of the same line.

  I tried to remove the long text scrolling, but it changed nothing.

  I can create a text box great to fill out and have this scrolling of additional lines, but then I get too much information from people and I would need to clarify the lines behind the answer multi line text, or delete the lines...

  Is there a better solution?

  I usually just remove the lines and set the field "Does not scroll long text" so that all the text is visible. Including the lines is really only useful if the form may be printed and completed by hand, in which case you can use scripts as in this example is: http://acroscript.net/pdf/demos/multiLine_Demo1.pdf

  It works as expected in Acrobat/Reader, but not in Chrome and other PDF viewers who have little or no support for JavaScript. It uses scripts customized to validate on Focus and blur.

  I have Windows 8 and Adobe Acrobat Pro X, alongside CS6 Master Collection. Currently, I can't open PDF documents.  Whenever I double-click on a PDF file, nothing happens.  I tried clicking on the Acrobat X icon, nothing happened.  Sometimes, the activity is on / off, that is, sometimes it works, most of the time now it doesn't.  Recently, it started about 24 hours ago.  I tried to save it as a PDF and I get an error as creation of Adobe PDF files cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated.  I fully activated my license several months ago, so I don't know why this is.  I'm also a fatal error box: "Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server. I tried to go in the Manager of tasks and endless AcroTray and Adobe Acrobat Update Service process. But this does not resolve the situation.  I tried to download the latest update 10.1.6 but that didn't fix it.

  Any other ideas?

  Also, yesterday I managed to get into Acrobat, I tried to repair the installation option, which did not set it.

  I have solved my problem by uninstalling Acrobat fully and then re - install.

• Acrobat XI - preventing the creation of automatic form field

  How can I stop Acrobat XI automatically creating form fields interactive when I convert a document existing (pdf) form.  I know that I can delete them manually, but I convert custom documents several times a day and I want to eliminate extra steps to remove fields that I don't need.

  You should be able to open the PDF file, select ' tools > forms > edit ' and when you are prompted to have Acrobat automatically detects form fields, answer No you will then be in the form of editing mode where you can add them manually.

  The MODEL. FMB is used to ensure you EBS Custom form has all the minimum requirements of EBS framework included in your form. Develop a form for the Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) is not the same as the development of a stand-alone application forms. This is why there is a separate forum (Discussion of EBS) dedicated to the development of forms of BSE.

  As you are new to the development of forms of BSE, I recommend that consult you the library of Documentation of Oracle Applications . This library explains the use of the TEMPLATE.fmb and the APPSTAND.fmb and related forms libraries that are needed in all forms of EBS Custom. Just select your EBS version and then scroll to the section of the standards and review the following documents:

  In my current Application, I have a checkbox field that allows the user to select several lines of busiess and when submitted it records of course their selection on the table as one: entry-delimited

  On submission of the form, the following is stored in the LOB of the table field:

  I am trying to make the shape a bit cleaner and do not know how to approach it.
  LOB1 through LOB3 actually belong to GROUP 1
  LOB 4-6 belong to GROUP 2
  LOB 7 and 8 belong to GROUP 3
  
  So, on the form, I would to create fields that look like you are selecting them in the box groups
  
  Example:

  Even more, it would be great if it could be done dynamically according to the Group field, which is in the table LOB. If I add another group to the table, the form would pick up and give him a GROUP 4 POSITIONS header and then these boxes that are part of this group would be present under HEADING GROUP 4.
  
  I have a solution in place that is now I have a field in the database for each group, but it is logical to bulky and not good database and if I add a new group, I have to go to the database and add another field.

• How edit "labels" after the creation of the form?

  I just spent more than 3 hours, creating a form to fill out (using Acrobat X) for my site and need to change the wording on a couple of labels.  I have not yet found a way to achieve.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

• Creation of pdf forms to a Word doc that will have to be changed in the future

  OK, I searched everywhere for an answer to this situation... and I want to know if there is a work around.

  Basically I have a word document. I use this Word document to create a request form. So I manually create the fields as needed after I converted the document to pdf format.

  Now, here's the question... at some point, the Word document will have to be changed... maybe a date or an address or something. That would mean I need to change the original Word document, to recreate the form (all fields by adding once again) and republish.

  Can I modify the text in the PDF (with fields already in place) without having to change the file word of origin and re - create the shape?

  Someone had this problem? I'm doing something wrong? Or is there an assumption that the Word document original that allows you to create your form (pdf) will not be changed at a later date?

  Okay, I'm taking a pdf form that the customer has created, post on the site for download and filled, and then to send the PDF back to the client. Right now, he sends an xml file which we cannot open with acrobat. We are usomg Dreamweaver and Acrobat CS4

  The XML file is imported into the form. Open the form in Acrobat and the import of the data file. Submit the PDF form is a matter of license and requires the reader rights be enabled (the aspect of licensing restrictions). In addition, depending on your use, presentation of e-mail will likely fail for some users due to their configuration of the machine. The best presentation is a web script, not an e-mail.

• Y at - it a way to allow the establishment to continue playing while multitasking.

  I was hoping to find a way to allow the creation of continue to play video while I'm able to do other things on my 2nd monitor. When you make many changes, it would be very productive if I'm able to rename the files in Explorer or navigate the web for more information.

  My computer is very capable of handling. I have 24 son 3 GHz and also 24gigs of ram with 2 monitors.

  (For what it's worth, I find this feature to be of questionable value, but the only way to leave Premiere Pro team know what users want is to use the form above.) It's just me, though)

  I want to scan 250 paper forms, convert it to PDF and distribute them to 400 people. Buy a subscription Acrobat DC or I need 400?

  You need Acrobat only for the creation of the form. With the free player DC users can fill in the form.

• Help submitting the form using php

  Using DW CS5.5, I created a simple contact form 12 field. Rather than using a cgi script to send form data, I prefer to use php.  Can someone provide me with a source for simple instructions on how to do it?  I searched past discussion forums, but can't find anything that will guide me in the specific steps.  The form is already installed on my page, but now I don't know what to do next to make functional, so it will send to my address e-mail, form data when the user clicks the submit button.  I checked online also, but to find the instructions more geared towards those who have more experience or knowledge than me in this kind of things.  Creation of shapes on the page is easy, and I understand the big picture regarding how work of forms, and what happens in the background, but it is impossible to find out what either written in simple language that will tell me step by step what to do after the creation of the form on the page.

• Form created in Acrobat Pro XI live does not not in Acrobat Reader for iPad

  I created a form using Acrobat Pro XI, security is as shown.

  

  Recorded as the other - Reader Extended PDF - activate more Tools(filling in form fields etc...)

  But when I open it on the iPad, the form fields do not work.

  This form will be used until the end of time or the shape changes... whichever comes first.

  The form must be protected from users to make changes.

  They are only allowed to complete and sign.

  And Yes, I've studied this extensively, but no real answer except to not remove the password.

  Yes it works, but the shape is is more secure against users make changes to the form.

  I guess I should say that the forms are used for the declaration of compliance with federal regulations, where the need for security!

  Our company uses other software suppliers for the creation of PDF form, but I said I need Acrobat to create the

  We accept currently make changes to files on the drive for iPhone and iPad. I know it's in the inconvenience, but for now, you will need to use the Mac or Windows version.
