Creative cloud application installs in the right disk
Hello
As I downloaded creative cloud for the office and, when I try to install 5 Lightroom on my secondary hard drive (D :), Creative Cloud ignores the setting and go to the location of the C: drive (which is an almost full SSD).)
Is it possible to force the download of my drive as it seems that CC interested in preferences?
OS: Windows 8 Pro x 64 with Media Center
Veronika is it is not possible to move an existing installation of InDesign. Well, you could spend it but it wouldn't work afterwards. Please run the uninstall program, check the custom installation location is defined and then reinstall.
Regarding the error, "your entry is not the standard addresses in our checklists." You receive this error message? This doesn't seem to be a normal Setup error.

As the title says, I have a creative cloud active and paid account. I got it for a few months, in fact. However, after doing some work for my computer (replacing the motherboard, more precisely), most of my creative Cloud applications now tell me to start them in trial mode. I tried a disconnect and insert it again, going creative cloud of switching and then switching back, completely uninstall creative cloud and re-setup, restart the computer, and disconnect and insert it again within a specific application of creative cloud - Dreamweaver, in my case. However, I am still not able to access most of my apps CC in something else than to the evaluation mode.

Any Creative cloud application starts and the macbook pro fans going crazy
Hi, I'm updating cloud creative apps every time Adobe updates.
Recently, I discovered that my macbook pro fans are going super fast with the latest updates of any application (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and the latest app for Creative Cloud etc.).
Yesterday I was working on Illustrator and fans were running hot, the app said this use of memory, it was almost complete and the UI of Illustrator went to alignment mode.
Closing the app and restarting, the problem disappeared.
But every day, whenever I open an application CC, the fans become noisely and they go very fast.
I appreciate any kind of help.
AdobeCare contacted via twitter, after Adobe customer via chat.
The two has uninstalled me & reinstalled, start in safe mode, start from a different account.
But no solutions to this problem.
By myself, investigation on the activity monitor, I discovered that the problem was engine CEPHtml.
Google search on these words... This resolved: CEPHtmlEngine slows down the computer (Mac) and the solution
That's everyone having the same problem.
Adobe, please fix soon.

Little frustrated here... I downloaded the creativecloudSet - up.exe leave the adobe Web site.
When I go to install it, it gets a little bit long and just firm.
I have windows 7 Home Professional.
I tried doing the clean Adobe thing but still does not work after doing this.

Please, try the following steps:
1. uninstall the application Adobe CC of the machine (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)
2 set to "Full control" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
a. [unite_systeme]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\
b. [system drive]: \Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\
3. restart the computer.
4. install the application Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Creative cloud for office)

Since the installation of creative cloud, I noticed a lack of disk space, recently I found CC had been storing GB of log files, how can I stop this nonsense? 40 GB of space on my SSD HARD drive was recovered today by disabling the 8.1 windows temp folder. I was wondering what "ACC 22/04/2015-10-09 - 26.log" etc, and when I opened the I was shocked to discover Adobe CC was bringing together these huge logs on my computer since I bought and installed last month. WTF Adobe, how can I turn off or limit, as writes to the SSD of constantly to kill them and I do not consider your logs to be important use of space.

This seems like a minor issue, so I recommend leaving her alone and allowing victory to force her to stop.

Whenever I open a creative cloud application adobe (such as Photoshop, Flash, AfterEffects etc.) it takes so long to open, and then after a few seconds, it freezes and I have to close the application ("force quit"). What happens here? Thank you

I'm a bit confused. I registered for the creative cloud this morning. The installation process has worked well. I did Download Photoshop CC 2015 but when I lunch the program - it's just the track version... I try to activate my Adobe ID, but the pop-up window told me, that I'm not allowed to use this program.
