PC W7 cannot close the creative Cloud application

Does anyone know why my pc W7 cannot close the creative cloud application when I stopped my pc?

When I want to shut down the pc, I always have a message and must close the creative application Cloud by force (I don't know the passage of law).

    Problem uninstalling creative cloud

    We must remove cloud creative associate app folders mentioned below, in order to avoid such problems in the future.

    We remove files, cool new folders will be created again.

    Step 1:

    Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Step 2:

    For this a little late but I just had this problem and it was my malware program which was causing the problem. Just turn it off and it works perfectly.

    I am unable to start Creative Cloud synchronization of file under Mac OSX 10.9.3. By clicking on 'Start Sync' in the screenshot below causes the creative dialog box clouds white Flash and then the page "Start syncing" appears again.

    You can open the Terminal application and run the following commands:

    rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/SLCache
    rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/SLStore
    

    Make sure you close the Cloud creative application and other applications before Adobe.

    -J' deleted content OOBE, including the opm.db file

    -J' I disconnect in the web (can not do in-App), I used a different Adobe ID and nothing works.
