  I had the problem that my creative cloud did not work properly more and always asked me to connect.   I installed Creative cloud on my laptop Windows 8 and it worked fine but now it does not open.

  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, also using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool. Now the error message is displayed, simply don't open

  If this isn't the case, follow the procedure below:

  Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud app.

  If you encounter a problem when uninstalling, see link below:

  Step 1:

  Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

  Step 3:
