  I had tried many suggestions for the disc turns, but it still not open.

  What I finally did was to uninstall all of my Adobe programs. I thought that I had these programs creative cloud. I started creative cloud and its opening. I downloaded programs I wanted with a glitch. Each program loaded at 85% and stopped. I had to reboot to get it to get.

  I had the problem that my creative cloud did not work properly more and always asked me to connect.   If I open the desktop creative cloud app, the app tab does not open.  I just get a spinning thing.  I tried the fix where you delete a .db file and restart the computer, nothing helps.  I have no installed CS5 applications.  I can't uninstall creative cloud because there is installed apps who need and I can't update all apps at the moment.  I can't import pictures from a memory card of the deck because the Photo Downloader does not recognize the memory card.  I am running the latest version of Apple OSX El Capitan.  I don't know what to do!  Help!

  Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud app.
