  We try to understand what license to buy to our employees who need to install "at work" and "at home".  License agreements are not available online anywhere where I can find... probably will appear after give us Adobe our credit card number.

  You can use creative cloud all products on 2 computers at the same time. So just install it on any other device.

  If you want to change the language for an application that is already installed on your computer, you will need to change the preferred language, Uninstall and reinstall the application.

  You can do this easily from the creative cloud desktop application. Please see this document for more information:

  Set the installation language.  Applications installed after Exchange of the language will be in the newly configured language.

  There is no discount for photography Plan already very low.  You should be able to switch to another plan, even though it's the choice of Adobe, whether or not they will allow him without penalty.  You would essentially have to cancel the plan pone and subscribe to the other.
