Creative cloud. Windows 10. Failed to install. Error: application is corrupted or missing
Hello!
I bought the monthly subscription of creative cloud, but impossible to install the application.
After the success of the download (as no problem appeared during this process), I run creative cloud.exe. Starts the initialization process, that after a while stops with the following message is displayed:

I tried to do that twice. -Does not work.
I tried to run the exe as administrator. -Does not work.

Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Temporarily disable the firewall.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:

Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.
It will start the update process.
Once finished, he shud launch creative Cloud app.

I have upgraded to Windows 10 64 Pro and all my apps Adobe has stopped working; I get the popular "MSVCP110.dll is missing" issue; I uninstalled everything, including the creative cloud, rebooted the PC and installed it back again! Same thing! I tried this several times. I'm really stuck! Can someone help with how this is solved; I follow online (two solutions) and tried both; not good! No matter what I do, I get the error! The rest of the applications say they are absent from the other files like this; It seems that there is something to do during the installation that keeps this issue alive!
