I am a subscriber of creative cloud for 8 months. I was able to download programs on my pc under Windows XP, but I had a lot of trouble on my laptop with windows 7. For the most part I just ran my CS5 and run with it, however, I will replace my turn very quickly. I want to get my laptop to the height before you remove the cloud of the tower. Anyway, I tried to resolve it according to various items of assistance and even the new program Creative Manager cloud look like its download, and then last minute gives me the A12E1 error code.

I see a few other people here on the forums, ask questions about this code, but they have no answers to these questions. Can you please help me or direct me to where do I go to get help with this?

    Thanks in advance.

You can try to download the 64-bit version.  You can download the demo version of the software through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

  • error code 80070490, installation disc, and company did the door is no longer this computer

I know that this problem has been addressed several times, but I can't find an answer that can help me.  Bought my Dell Inspiron from Staples in 2008 and it came with the installation disc.  Staples is no longer wearing my computer and have not been very helpful with previous problems.  I sometimes get the updates installed, but since 16/01/09 updates, most have failed.  I was wondering what are the options with regard to getting this fixed a problem I had.

    Thank you very much

I have already indicated at the beginning of this answer on how to access the info about the recovery Partition, if you have one (what you should do)

How to get Vista recovery Media.

There is no Vista free download legal available.

Call Dell and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

  • Receive the error code 646__in installation KB973709, KB972581 KB 974234

    Receive the error code 646

    in the installation of KB973709
    KB972581
    KB974234

OK... I had the same problem with the download of the 2007 Microsoft security updates. When I tried to install updates, I receive error 646. I finally solved my problem by going to the Download Center on Microsoft and I install manually.

Here are the steps that I took... which I think should work:

    (1) go to the Microsoft Download Center: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx
    (2) look for each update code that begins with the letters "KB" and followed by a set of numbers (i.e. KB974234)
    3) click on the link for the download and then click on download and run. I think you have to accept an agreement, then click on continue or OK
    4) repeat for all downloads that you can not install
    (5) run Microsoft Update new and click search the updates and if updates have been installed successfully, they should no longer appear in the updates that must be installed.

I don't know if it is not relevant or if it helped me succeed to install updates manually, but before I manually installed my updates I followed the instructions David_O posted under this thread http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/thread/f3390e74-9961-4aae-8a05-554c1a9cf1a2?prof=required&lc=1033 . I suggest that first of all try to download manually by following my directions. If it does not, then it's a possibility instructions of David resolved an issue that allowed me to download them manually disable Microsoft downloads site.

I can't believe all the research and the suggestions of the technicians did not work... sometimes your own research is the best!

I hope this helps! Good luck!
