  So I uinstalled just as he said and I've now done four times and still I get the same thing again and again. I also have can not uninstall Microsoft Click & Run when I try to uninstall it from my programs, it says contact Mircrosoft that I am unable to uninstall the package of Microsofts.  I'm the administrator of this computer and thought, I could uninstall and reinstall anything?

• Windows XP TurboTax AVG virus. Now, I'm unable to uninstall / reinstall TurboTax. error message 1635 windows install problem.

  I am using windows XP Pro. First of all, I had an older version of AVG tell me turbotax was a virus. After that installation of the version of AVG update this post has disappeared. TT told me to uninstall and then reinstall TT 2010. However, I'm unable to uninstall / reinstall TurboTax. I get an error 1635 turbo tax which says it's a problem of windows installation.  I called TT and they infomed me that I ahd contact microsoft because it is a problem of windows registry that will not allow the program to be uninstalled completely. They said that Microsoft will have a way to uninstall it completely? Who and how can I contact someone who can take care of this. Any help would be appreciated. Later, I reassigned my full license to another Member of the team and bought a subscription unique app for Adobe Acrobat DC under the same regime of team and he attributed to myself.   Guys, I have a problem with uninstalling the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack for Windows v4.00.22 on my laptop Windows XP SP2. Whenever I choose to remove the "battery Bluetooth for Windows by Toshiba" (or "Bluetooth HID Switch Service") the installation program starts to prepare, but crashes after a few minutes - the only way to continue is to turn off the laptop.

  The same thing happens when I try to update the stack to the latest version - the installer says that the old battery has to be removed first and crashes after trying to remove it. So is it possible to remove it by hand? I really don't want to reinstall Windows!

  I would try to delete the folder: "C:\Program Files Toshiba Stack.
  Registry settings will remain, but should be repaired after a new installation of the Bluetooth stack.
