  I use an iMac and MacBook Pro

  I bought the plan creative cloud with access to all the products in October last year (2015) with a 12 month plan, plus a free month on rate student. I can download more apps is additional creative cloud uninvited to pay or use the free trial. I should have 2 months rest on my plan. How can I download these apps on my laptop as well as my office.   I'm having a problem when trying to install some applications with the creative cloud. I managed to install Acrobat very well, then moved to install Illustrator and InDesign, but I get the following error:

  With a staff of creative cloud you will not be able to install Lightroom 6/CC on this computer, because it is not compatible on 32-bit systems. See the system requirements for Photoshop Lightroom for Mac OS and Windows

• I can't license my product to Creative Suite cloud 6.

  When I first downloaded Creative Suite cloud 6 of my University web store; I received a redemption of my University code to activate my subscription.  I thought that it works when the creative cloud was able to download apps on my laptop like Photoshop or Flash.  I found out later that it was a 30 day trials of products that I downloaded.  My Photoshop trial is over and I decided to upgrade my software under license.  Creative Suite cloud told me that there is no subscription found in my membership that I thought it was weird because activate it with the code redemption.  I even went to buy a purchase to enter the code I got from my University.  He gave me Oops! This code cannot be exchanged here; the URL appropriate to redeem your code is https://creative.adobe.com/redeem .  So I click on that URL and type in my code it.  . I got:Oops! This code has already been redeemed. I don't understand really what's happening

  1. Rename the folder SLCache in SLCacheold, present at the following location:

  Windows: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

  Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe

  2. Rename SLStore file toSLStoreold, present at the following location:

  Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe

  Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe

  3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder

  Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe

  MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  Later, please try: connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
