Creative solutions Cloud - Try icons change not icons download
Our company has recently improved CS6 Adobe Master Collection Suite to Adobe Creative cloud. Those who already us CC will be familiar when the subscription is started, you can sign in with your Adobe ID and access a page of downloading applications. The icons 'try' will be after a period of time change "Download icons" allowing you to then install the products on your desktop etc. Adobe support advises that the "delay" does not exceed 24 hours. The question that is always considered to be "Pending" is reviewed by the Adobe Support and call center staff have passed the investigation on the "next level" for more information. We are the ambassadors of products Adobe and live eat and breathe Adobe! The products are great and we are usually one of the first to give recommendations to clients other non Adobe users. The help line service as many know tends to not work as well as it may well be that we accept it can be overwhelmed in the best of cases.
Our investigation is simply to discern if any other user (s) have encountered this problem and if they are aware of a fix. It's a bit sad that we cannot use the product we paid for especially when we are so excited to do so.

We are a member of another organization of media professionals. A colleague from this group of messaged tell us that Adobe sales UK had found some "glitch" in their treatment of subscriptions for creative cloud. We contacted Adobe sales which have solved the problem by now and we can now access the download icons. Thinking substance, you must cancel your membership who apparently had put on hold and then take another subscription which is processed correctly. Thanks Mylenium for taking the time to answer.

Are you try right click on empty office > view > change the size of icons it (use Classic icons for the smaller)?
Or use your mouse wheel and the Ctrl Key to do so.

My InDesign CS6 cannot work almost at all when I try to change this 10 page document. It has great graphics, but still, what do I do? Do you think that the file is corrupted? She pasted art or graphics incorporated? It is a performance killer. Working from a network or removable drive location can be a problem as well.
You can try to do a save as to eliminate the former change of information, or export to .idml to remove minor corruption. See remove minor corruption by exporting

Creative cloud cleaning tool does not open
I've updated my OS X to El Capitan, and my creative application of cloud Manager does not load one of my Apps (either to install or uninstall). I only get the current blue bars. But, for some reason I can't open this application. The dmg seems to go, but the program itself does not open. She bounces on my dock for a bit, then finally presents itself as "not responding".
