Creative solutions to Cloud membership
Hi all! I have a problem with the subscription of creative cloud. Everytime I open an application, like InDesign, it will open a warning that your subscription has expired. I would point out that the annual fee that I signed more licenses expiring October 17, 2016. I tried all the solutions given to me by the help of Adobe, but I couldn't fix anything. I noticed that one of my products, nothing is recorded, and it should be as specified in the online manual. I has not yet provided the serial number to register a product. I should note also that two licenses only my problem. The license is for Mac. I don't know what to do and chat are always inactive even at the times specified by them. Please help me!

Please, try the following steps:
- Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Reboot the computer.
- Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

Can anyone here recommend cheaper to be package on for someone who only use Photoshop and Illustrator? For now I pay £46 per month

Hello from Serbia.
I am surprised that creative cloud membership purchase is not yet possible to my country in Serbia. As a graphic designer, I have to be in touch with all the latest technology and software.
The fact that I can't buy the creative cloud status this makes it very difficult.
I'm wandering what is the reason for this strange situation. If I can't buy the legal status I have to use other graphic products (which I am very reluctant to do since I'm a fan of adobe for almoust a decade) or use of pirated versions of adobe products. It goes without saying that the latest is not something I want to do because it is illegal and is not fair to you guys who are working really hard to make these products of amezing.
But if I can't buy it, what can I do?
Please explain why this delicate situation has not changed and please try to fix it as soon as possible. There are a lot of people in Serbia by using your products and you keep losing money and possibly users of your products.
Hopefully I'll get explanations on this subject.
