  You should install something that comes with still (as first pro cs6) by opening your cc app > apps > filters & releases > previous versions > first pro install > cs6.

  I need to change the installation language of Creative Suite 4 of Dutch (bought by my Dutch wife) German (me) - on a Mac OSX

  I uninstalled everthing and tried to reinstall from the CD. But the starting configuration shows only the Dutch and does not accept the German.

  Swaps of the platform and the language are available only for the current version.  We are unable to directly sell Creative Suite 4 software it is why we are unable to provide the software in another language.  The advice you got is correct.  If you want to change the language, then you will want to purchase Creative Suite 6.

  A member of our staff have bought and downloaded an electronic copy of Adobe Creative Suite a few years ago to his laptop computer.
