  What is the Mac version you are using. If you use 10.7 or higher then please go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall CC applications. Run the CC cleaning tool to remove the remains of ruminants: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html .

• Windows 8 Metro apps does not open

  Windows 8 Metro Apps does not and can not access the Windows store.  I tried Apps Troubleshooter who said that he could not solve the problem.  I tried to do a restore.  It is said that he cannot fix error.  I read one post from another who says all this happened when they uninstalled McAfee.  They believe that uninstalled McAfee deleted an important dll.   My Acer Aspire also came with McAfee installed and I uninstalled it when the trial period has expired.   I think that's when my problems started.   The other user said that the metro Apps worked once they bought McAfee.   Does anyone have a solution that does not involve the purchase of McAfee?

  Windows 8 Metro Apps and the store will not open again

  Windows 8 Metro Apps and the store will not open once again.

  I was unable to open Metro applications and Windows store.   I received help suggesting that I create a new user.   It worked for a day.   Then, I was not able to open Metro applications using the newly created user account.    So I tried to create another user, with another email address and the password that is different.  I received an error message that something went wrong and new account has been created not Code error 0 x 0070003.    Then I removed the new user created the day before and I tried again.  Same result.

   

  I ran SFC/scannow and received the error message the Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.   Details in Log/CBS.log.    I was unable to open this file to view details - need to contact the administrator.    My user has ability to administrator access code.

   

  I ran Refresh and error message received: redraw of your PC problems.  Has been no change.

   

  What can I do so that I can access metro Apps and Windows Store?

• Metro apps does not open on the default user

  When I connect the main user of windows 8 (Local account), all my applications in metro just does not open. They do not close: just hang on the initial screen. If you switch to them (WIN + TAB) they disappear again. When I opened the windows store, I can not connect to my windows live account. I tried to create a windows account and then switch back to one local without success.
  Only when I created a new local account I could access all the applications and update them. I could access the store as well. But my old account is always in the same conditions. Is there anyway to get my apps working again on my main account?

  I use a third-party antivirus and a firewall as well.
  It wasn't a problem with the antivirus/firewall, I have tried several times to deactivation. Also applications on other local accounts, I created work very well even with antivirus and firewall is turned on.
  Unfortunately, yesterday I decided to abandon my previous local account and delete it. I created another and transferred all my files and my configurations. It was the only thing that I knew I could do to get rid of this annoying situation.

  At least if I face this problem again, maybe, I would have a real solution.

  I was using different applications on the start menu, but from today it does not work in my a/c of the user. It works very well in the other user's / c I also tried running the app by MS correction tool, it said to reboot. After the reboot, the problem persists. When I open an app, it stays there for a while, I don't get the cdots in a circle & after sometime, it goes back to the start screen & open apps will still be on the left side when I move the mouse.   I cancelled my Creative Cloud 2014 subscription two weeks ago. Wanted to just use CS6 apps rather (Photoshop, InDesign). At that point, they still opened fine. But every day, Adobe sent a message of RENEWING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, huge, boring box. So I tried to uninstall CC2014: both the apps and the CC Manager. Apparently, it was a mistake. Because now these CS6 apps won't open; Instead, I get a RENEWED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION box that directs me to the subscription manager to renew the creative cloud.

  
  

  So I tried to reinstall the program to uninstall creative cloud for re - uninstall. Did not help. I tried to use the cleaner creative cloud. Did not help. Even reinstalled CS6 from the original CD. These applications will not always be open. I have to assume there is some software glitch - a few rest line coding, perhaps, of a bad uninstall - blocking audit for CS6 on the Mac.

  
  

  What can I do to get these apps CS6 to open? They open fine on my Mac for backup. Then of course, there is a small problem that I need to correct on my primary iMac.
