  It comes to anyone,

  After having recently upgraded CPU, memory and graphics of my computer, it took singularly reinstall my Adobe Photoshop (Inc. Illustrator & bridge) because I do not use other members of the CS2 Premium Suite I made a custom Setup. Everything works fine except for my Activation Adobe warning system.

  As you know that adobe can't stand the CS2 product you sold me that is your decision, regardless of my conviction about how good customer service should work. Your website Troubleshooting Guide States:

  Adobe strongly discourages running software not caring and obsolete. The serial numbers provided as part of the download can be used by customers who bought legitimately CS2 or Acrobat 7 and the need to preserve their current use of these products.

  I legitimately buy this product and once again I disagree with Adobe and wish to continue to use my Photoshop CS2, Illustrator & the bridge.

  I'm ignoring your detector of continually that I use my product? Is there another way to peacefully resolve this conflict? or you do it's ugly and insist I buy another product of Adobe updated you will always continue to support (for the moment)? My wish is simply to continue to use my Photoshop without threats or problems of Adobe... can help you?

  You can continue to use CS2 without additional cost. It takes just a few steps to remove activation version and replace it with the version without activation.

  Uninstall your CS2.

  Error: Unavailable activation server | CS2, Acrobat 7, pass a hearing 3

  Download the version without CS2 activation from the link above. That goes for the owners of CS and CS2.

  Install, then enter the new serial number without activation provided at this link. Your existing CS2 serial number no longer works.

• How can I get my CS2 PREMIUM?

  I had to uninstall it because of virus.

  I tried to re - install from the disc, but I can no longer install disks - so I called the phone # and was

  I downloaded all the files, active and installed all software, but still miss me a lot of effects that I used to have.

  So I came back to the chat yesterday and asked how to get the files that I'm missing.

  I was told that the CS2 is too old and go to the forum to ask.

  The Forum everyone tells me that the page I was sent to a what I'm looking for - but I'm not.

  The CS2_install_Win.pdf said there should be 7 files for CS2 Premium and 5 folders for basic CS2.

  This site only gives me 5 standard for CS2 files - but NOT the other 2 files for CS2 PREMIUM.

  If you extract zipped files, they must extract all in the same directory.  by default, this operation will fail if you need to move the files in the same directory.

• My suite CS2 Premium has been disabled.  When I downloaded the new update, it lacked Acrobat 7 professional

  I go round in circles with it and to say that Adobe are not useful is an understatement!   I use InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat 7 especially.  The software I initially was a DVD Battle 8 - or 9-years ago and when I got the message that this software has been disabled, I followed the instructions to get the new software on the line (original DVD now being deceased!) as well as a new activation code.  No problem, I have the shape of work programs In Design and Photoshop - but not Acrobat Professional!   I downloaded free Acrobat 11, that not my Acrobat 7 'ripped off' original features has.   When I tried to knit together acrobat documents in Acrobat 11 I was invited I could go through payment (!) to get this feature!   Why should I?  I paid for that software 8 or 9 years old and he was stolen from me and Adobe don't want seems to help.  Any suggestions?

  I have the cs2 premium edition.  It has been installed for years on my desk; I ended up having to change hard drives.  Now I want to reinstall and use my product, but now I need a new activation code. ???  I tried calling Adobe, as the screen instructs; (this pc is offline) and I can't have someone to help me.  They said to go to an online chat to get help;  I can't even than on the company's website.  I have my activation and serial numbers;  but I'm stuck.  can anyone help?

• Misfortunes of CS2 activation!

  HI - can someone please send in the cavalry?  I have a copy of CS2 Premium (education).  Published Fortunately this on my XP based Dell 745, massive good old fortunately until his disappearance ago following a disk failure.  Not much or so I thought, just programs lost all the data saved on the second disc.  Now I tried to install CS 2 on my shiny new Dell Precision running Win 7 64 bit.  Record all expenses, number series entered but failed to activate.  No activation available phone, no chat support available - well I couldn't see it anyway and I could not find any other FAQ support which seemed to offer an answer or assistance.  I was still not too concerned that the activation window said I had 30 days to use CS2 on this issue and I would request an activation code next time I launched a 2 CS application.  So far so good.  Went to another one to look around the site web Adobe looking for help that I saw an implicit element I could access the recording via the tab help in CS 2 application and also to record the serial number on my Adobe ID account - well, I thought it might help, I just tried to run the Photoshop CS2 element - it opens but I get a dialog box indicating my user name of Photoshop organization or serial number is missing or invalid, and the application cannot continue and must close - what it does when you click ok.

  I don't know if I am being particularly thick or have missed something here, but I seem to be in a bit of a Catch 22 situation now and don't really know what to do next.  The irony of this situation is that, as I understand it - is not CS2 now downloadable for free anyway?

• Can not activate CS2 on my new computer

  My old XP computer died and I'm trying to reinstall CS2 Premium on my new Windows 10. Hoping it will work. When I went through the installation, it could not find the server to do the activation. He said that I would have 30 days to use the program and get fixed activation but when I try to launch Photoshop it says the account, serial number or activation is wrong and stops. I can't go to the old computer to turn off, and when I check online under my account here it does not show my product. When I try to activate, I get a message saying that it is already activated. (I also can't get my old e-mail client - Eudora - load so I can't search my accts to see when I signed up, or if I used another email address).

  Any suggestions?
