Subscription expired

My company is a team account Cloud. The card has expired, and then a new map has been added. So I have two cards on it they say that it is active and the other says expired.

When I try to run programs, she returns always the membership has expired. Remote someone accessible in my computer, and then he said they would escalate it to someone.

I had this problem since 18 January (5 days)

    If fire power module ("sfr") is more associated with a current license, policies applied by the management centre Firesight (CMF) will have no effect and you will not update in the event logs. FMC will warn you that your license (s) is expired assuming that you have a properly applied health strategy.

    The ASA base will continue to operate as usual. The redirection of traffic through service in the sfr module strategy will be largely ineffective.

    Unknown technical difficulties, my programs all the reports start my subscription as expiring within 14 days.   • Impossible to use Photoshop more than a month now! "Subscription expired".

    Well, I waited over a month for a fix from Adobe. Whenever I try to open Photoshop from the creative cloud Launcher, I get a message saying "Subscription expired", and he wants me to renew. The problem is my membership has not expired! I bought the plan 1 year in August last of 2015. I've been emailing support every week, sometimes several times a week, and the only thing I get is "our dedicated team working on a fix. In the meantime, I am unable to use the software I paid for!

    So tell me again why cloud software is superior if it takes long for a fix will be released? This is EXACTLY the reason why I hesitated to buy Creative Cloud. I've certainly will conduct the review to renew my purchase when the time comes because this is unacceptable!

  • After changin CC Plan, I have this message "Lightroom mobile subscription expired.

    Yesterday, I canceled my plan of photography and I activated the complete Plan of the CC. Since then when I open Lightroom it reports 'mobile Lightroom subscription expired. I already tried loggin and in but nothing has changed

    Recently, I upgraded accession to full membership of photography and plan of Single-App for Illustrator creative cloud.

    Today, after I opened the application from mobile Lightroom, I got message that subscription expired as you can see in my attachment.

  • Mobile subscription expired

    I got a subscription to CC full edu to a bunch of photo CC and now my mobile LR says "Subscription expired".  Any suggestions?  signing in/out or LR mobile restarting does not help.  From what I can tell, LR Mobile comes with photo CC package.

    After talking to 5 people more than an hour 2 long adobe support chat session that I discovered that my problem was related to something on the end of Adobe and they work on it in the next 72 hours.  So no more need help here. -Thank you.

  • Creating cloud (After Effects) - what my license allows Me to do. What happens if my subscription expires?

    Hi all! I am new to the community, so I'm sorry if I say something stupid. I will try to be as respectful as possible.

    I am an individual interested in making videos from Youtube with After Effects. Maybe even run ads finally if I become popular. However, I fully understand the functioning of the CC license, I would like to work in my rights granted. It's just the legal jargon that is somewhat my headache.

    So please tell me if I'm wrong on that. If this isn't the case, please tell me!

    1. With this license, I am allowed to post videos to Youtube in AE.
    2. With this license, I am allowed to run ads on videos from Youtube in AE.
    3. If my subscription expires, I am no longer allowed to make use of After Effects.
    4. If the end of my subscription, I have to delete my Youtube videos / remove ads.
    5. Can I resume normal activities if I renew my subscription.

    I would like clarification on the thing the most important is #4. I'm quite the worrywart and I would just that someone with experience to clarify if it is true.

  • Cloud creative subscription expired and no Illustrator more

    I bought the Web and Desgin CS6 in January 2012 and had to reinstall in December (with the help of Adobe) due to problems. Before uninstalling it to reinstall in December, I signed up for the membership student creative cloud. I was told to cancel the fact inorder to reinstall CS6. So I did that, which now gives me the free version of creative cloud. Now CC says subscription expired and I noticed that some of my apps (that I own) start over. Instead, I get a creative cloud error message telling to renew your subscription. Can someone please help me to solve this problem and get my apps? I have my serial number for CS6.

  • Use of the files after the subscription expired or cancelled

    Hello!

    I keep reading that if subscription is expired or cancelled, the files created using the suite are no longer usable. How is that? I was under the impression that I can store all my files locally. If I transfer my files to anyone with an active copy of Photoshop, they should still be able to be used properly?

    I have at least three people actively, I Exchange files created with and does not want to lose the files that I create during the subscription period if I choose to go on a different direction.

    When your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will lose access to the use of the Cloud (software) applications.

    But all the files (created by these apps) store you locally will always be fine whether you are a member of clouds or not. No different to the possession of a perpetual license, they are yours to keep and do with what you want - but you will not be able to open or edit them with Cloud applications.

    The files stored in the cloud are affected by the transition of 20 GB of storage (for members) for storage of 2 GB (free for non-members).

    Once you cancel your subscription, you have 90 days to reduce your 20 GB online cloud storage to 2 GB before Adobe does it for you (and then there may be a loss of files)...

    What happens to my files in the cloud if I cancel my subscription?

    If you cancel your subscription, you will always have access to the level of membership, which offers 2 GB of free storage.     Normally if there is a problem of initial license product then customers may simply use the software in the mode of free trial for 30 days so that things go in the order- but looks like you may have already stopped.

    Recently, I paid my subscription fee 1 day before expiry.

    Today, after I opened the application Acrobat DC, I get a message that the subscription has expired. I clicked on activate and it tells me to close the program and re-open it.   • Acrobat Pro DC - cannot use tools; wrong, says "subscription expired;" wants "serial number", but there is none

    I bought a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. The payments are current and the plan is active.  When I try to edit a pdf file, I get an error message saying "your subscription has expired."  I hit the button in the Middle, 'enable '. Now he wants my "serial number".  It is a download software, so there is no box of product.  I log into my account, access plans and products, but nowhere it lists a serial number for the program.  I'm going to help in Acrobat Pro ms and choose 'On Acrobat Pro DC', but it does not list a serial number.  I watch the Bills for my monthly payments, but they do not enter a serial number.   I tried the Chat support, but "Nicky" gave me advice of gibberish and then disconnected me after 19 seconds of chat.  I tried phone support, but the polite man whose Indian accent is almost too thick to understand told me that he couldn't help me, when it became clear that it could not take on my machine remotely, due to the security settings of my company.

    Also, I can connect to my Adobe account in a browser (IE or Chrome), but when I select the "Sign In" button at the top right of the window Acrobat Pro DC, it connects, and so I can not sign the program.
