  It is possible, you may be able to activate your CS3 by following the steps here: offline Activation.

  You can also contact customer service. Select your product from the menu drop-down and choose "Download, installation, setting up" and "licensing and activation. Click on the "Still need help?" button to get an option to support cat.

  You should disable until the software has been removed.  In order to have a disabled iaccessible insdtallation you need to contact Adobe technical support via chat and they can manage the number of activations of the reset.

• Adobe Web premium CS3 activation without an internet connection?

  I while back I bought a copy of Macromedia MX2004 and bought an upgrade to Adobe Web premium CS3.  I have used in the past both produced and registered and activated them without any problem.  After do not use the software for some time, I decided to install the software upgrade Adobe web premium cs3 on a new machine.  The PC has no internet connection, so I struggelling to register and activate the product.  I tried ringing the activation number but told me that he cannot stand these products and activation of such.  I have the two serial numbers for MX2004 and indeed the CS3 product upgrade however can not use them until I get an authorization code.  I can't do this the PC I installed the product on without an internet connection? !
