  There is no uninstall for Mac Reader program. You can directly delete the application from the Applications folder, which is just trash/Applications/Adobe Reader.app.

  This will depend on the programs you have installed and what version of Microsoft Visual C they need to run.  Some programs updated to work with the new version, but it is possible to have a program that requires the previous version.  If you want, you can uninstall the first two and then look for problems with programs that you are currently running.  If there is a problem, the program must signal that it is looking for the correct version of Visual C, and then you can reinstall it.   There is very little. DLL files that should be loaded from the C:\WINDOWS folder and is not one of them.  If you do not have a good explanation for the name of the file in a Google search, the chances are good that your system is currently or has been infected by malware.
