Apple abandoned the one-to-one program. I need this program and may not renew. They offer an alternative?

Apple does not allow anyone to renew one by one, because they have abandoned it. I was told that I had support for 3 years after I bought my computer. (with renewal) I really feel that Apple has let its customers down. We need support for the products we bought. I would have returned my computer and never changed Apple if it were not for the support from one to the other which allowed me to understand how to use my imac, the macbook air and the iphone 6. I hope Apple hears complaints from the community and it does something to fix this. At least let me finish my time of renewal. I use the workshops but they are not enough to help me personally. I feel taken advantage by Apple at this point. There are many seniors out there who need this help as well.

This is a user to user support forum. Apple does not here. If you want to tell Apple about your concerns, you can use the comments here, http://www.apple.com/feedback page and click on the appropriate link. As you know that they are still conducting workshops and my experience with them and I'm a person over the age, they are more willing to work a little head to head with people to ensure your understanding. You just don't understand the personal service of an hour as before. Whatever it is, the only way to inform Apple that you want to change is to use the comments link.
