CS4 activation

I understand the process of disabling (> help > deactivate) so I can install CS4 on a new computer.  Currently I have CS4 on my desktop and laptops... I replace the bureau.  I intend to disable the software on the laptop and free for the new PC.  Once the new PC is up and running, I will disable the software on the (old) computer that I replace my laptop... at this point I want to Reactivate .  I intend to allow the serial number to remain, and CS4 will remain installed but not enabled.

My question is... how to re-enable after deactivation?

Thank you

To activate your software manually:

  • Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.
  • Launch the application.

  • Choose Help > activate. (If this option is grayed out, you have already activated your software.)

  • Sign in using your Adobe ID and password to activate your software.
