• CS5 download - page showing is no longer a download LINK

  I bought Photoshop and Illustrator CS5 back in 2011.  Today I went to my order page, click the product, then view downloads link.  The problem is that I now get the following response:

  Downloads for order...

  We have found no download for your account.

  It worked a year or two ago.  I have my key, but not the installation file.  It is no longer available for me to download?

  When you pre-order, you pay for the titles as they become available and then pay the balance when the full album is available.  In the end, you have the complete album for the price of the correct album.
