  I had this problem for a few months now, whenever I have something to scan on my HP printer, save space for images/documents etc is located in a folder that does not exist on my main computer. Secondly, whenever I have change the path "savings" to say another document or another location, he says okay blah blah and then continues with the scan.

  When I check the scanned item later in this specified folder / area; it isn't here! The printer only has no idea what im talk...

  I tried several different models of HP printers and all do exactly the same thing, but analyze perfectly fine on other computers.

  It seems to be a problem with the program of the center of HP Solutions regarding the registration of scanned documents.

  Is there a way can I fix?

  If you have a license to upgrade for CS6 you already have CS5 installed on the machine, then you should just install CS6 and activate it.  The activation process detects CS5 if it is a qualifying version and automatically enable CS6 happen.

  If you have not installed CS5 you will need the serial number CS5 when you try to activate the CS6.  After entering the serial number CS6 it will confirm or not the number of CS6 is valid and then identify (select in a list) ask version eligible (CS5 in your case), then enter the serial number eligible version.

  It looks like an ISO image is configured for the virtual CD drive of the virtual machine. I suggest that you set the CD for 'Client' and check that 'Connected' is NOT checked.

  The link provided does not say how to use anything... just what it is... Microsoft has always been, and still is, really bad for that in their help menus and and training materials. I always thought that it was due to the lack of teacher training. "Written manuals for the other tekkys Tekkys" it's like this that I started to use their products. Very frustrating for a lot of my students.

  Now if I can just find someone who can tell me how to APPLY a conditional action once it has been created...  It would be great!

  because in photoshop pixels means pixels. in illustrator, they are a unit of measurement: identical to a point.

  you want a wide picture of 4 inches at 300 dpi, in this case? do your work plan at the physical size you what your final output to be (i.e. 4 x 3,333). export a 300 dpi JPEG. you will get a 1200 x 1000 px, 300 DPI JPEG.

  Photoshop CS5 is only compatible with Camera Raw to version 6.7. Photoshop CS5 is is no longer updated by Adobe. The best way to have the latest version of Photoshop is to his scribe for the package of creative photography of cloud. This would have the latest version of Photoshop and Lightroom. You will receive updates of these two programs through the creative cloud.

  If you don't want to upgrade your Photoshop you can download and use the DNG Converter last to create digital copies of (DNG) negatives of your raw images. You would be able to use these files with the software you already have. But you won't receive updates for the software you are currently using. Your new device photo, the 70 d, requires camera Raw 8.2 which is only compatible with Photoshop CS6. Camera Raw 9.2 is only compatible with Photoshop CC 2015, which is only available through the creative cloud. You might want to consider the purchase of 14 Photoshop elements as a complementary program to what you use.

  I got photoshop CS2 and Illustrator CS2 since they came out. I have recently (November 2011) upgraded to Photoshop CS5 and Photoshop CS5, these facilities is well spent, I forgot my login information, but a call to Adobe who understood everything.

  Now, I have only 'play' in photoshop and illustrator at home for my own pleasure and really barely used the CS2, so I'm still just a beginner play in photoshop and illustrator.

  in any case, after seeing a bunch of videos of Photoshop CS5, I realized that Photoshop had an 'Extended' version with 3D, that I never knew. So I wanted the version Extended, Adobe, I called and he said I was 37 days out on my Photoshop CS5, so all I could do was now buy the Extended version or buy the expanded, updated version since my CS2 has already been used to upgrade initial photoshop CS5. But since I upgraded my Illustrator CS2 to CS5 a week later, he said, that I could go home if I wanted to.

  Extended and standard are the same code - you do not have to uninstall or reinstall.  The only difference is the serial number.

  Everything you have to do is turn off your standard copy (remove the serial number), then reactive with serial number for extended.

  Intel display interfaces are notoriously bad for Photoshop.  Specifications may seem to agree, but the reality is that many people report a problem with Intel.

  You can check to see whether Intel has published the latest display drivers for your hardware.

  Or, if possible, you might consider buying a better screen - for example, brand ATI or nVidia interface.
