  I would recommend that you follow these steps.

  Step 1:

  Test the issue in safe mode with network and check if that helps.

  Step 2:

  Configure the connection to obtain an IP address automatically.
   
  a. click "Start", enter "NCPA. CPL"(without quotes) in the search bar and press"Enter. "
  b. right-click on the network connection, and then click "Properties".
  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  c. click Select 'Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) Internet' and then click 'properties '.
  d. check "obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically".
  e. click 'OK '.
  f. click Select 'Protocol Internet Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)' and then click 'properties '.
  g. check "obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically".
  h. click on 'OK '.

  Step 3:

  Follow the steps in this article and check if that helps.

  Photoshop CS5 is only compatible with Camera Raw to version 6.7. Photoshop CS5 is is no longer updated by Adobe. The best way to have the latest version of Photoshop is to his scribe for the package of creative photography of cloud. This would have the latest version of Photoshop and Lightroom. You will receive updates of these two programs through the creative cloud.

  If you don't want to upgrade your Photoshop you can download and use the DNG Converter last to create digital copies of (DNG) negatives of your raw images. You would be able to use these files with the software you already have. But you won't receive updates for the software you are currently using. Your new device photo, the 70 d, requires camera Raw 8.2 which is only compatible with Photoshop CS6.   I suspect that you look at the Recent section.  Your can switch to the Local (for files & folders stored on your iPad/iPhone) or Cloud of Document (for files & folders stored in the cloud of Document Adobe, formerly Acrobat.com) to find your files and folders.

  I have photoshop cs5 and try to update so I can purchase an upgrade to photoshop cs6 and it will not be updated.  When I try to update, it downloads it long download then all four updates and say, "this file download error" and "update is not completed."  Then he said: ' Try again later. "  For more than a month now, I continue to try again later and get the same messages to all four updates to date.

  BTW, this problem never existed until I ran/installed Adobe CC for a year and I tried on Premiere Pro sucking and then uninstalled and cancel this subscription was a bear.  He always tried to register ingup for another year, in other words, he wasn't a Cancel option without some form of resign upward.  A PAIN!

  Make sure that there is no agreement in a deployed State. Retire and purge all existing configurations and make sure that there is no agreement in the valid state.

  Make sure that you are connected with the Admin account to install the updates.

  Open the drive, go to the Help menu & "Check for the Updates.
