  My apologies for posting this here, but I could not find a general forum "buying." Basically, I am based in the United Kingdom and I would buy the education of Production Premium CS5.5 Amazon version. I would like to know if the CS6 free update remain valid if you purchase outside of Adobe software? I know that this is the case in North America, but we have the terms different policy who fail everything about buying from a dealer.

  I am relatively sure that policy came under CS5 has go but I would also like to know if the education UK versions are allowed to be used for commercial work now? As I said, I'm fairly certain that it is correct, but I can't find a definitive answer on the site.

  Customer education will be eligibile for the upgrade in the world.  For best results of this program, I recommend buying your product from Adobe directly.  You may need to take additional measures in order to receive the upgrade of the client purchasing from an authorized reseller.  If you don't buy from a dealer, of that I recommend you to keep your proof of purchase available as it may be necessary to prove eligibility.

  When I was upgrading my desktop for Windows 10 computer, the process was stopped because for some reason, it has been incorrectly detected that my Windows 7 was not an authorized version.  When I brought in the processor for the difficulty, I decided also to be updated by adding a new, larger boot drive.  Now, I find that I can not access my CS6 programs so I don't have the ability to disable them.  As I subsequently installed on my laptop as well, I have no other available activations simply reinstall the programs.  How can I fix this?

  Hi, I need help with this! I don't really know what to do next!    I bought a copy of CS6 day (education) more than two weeks ago, when he (disc) happened then I connected, created an account and sent the relevant evidence and numbers. Nothing, three days later I called Adobe (UK) and (possibly) spoke to someone who gave me the 'activation' team, I was put on hold for half an hour until I dropped. The next day I waited until 09:00 specific and tried again, has been updated quite fast activation team and spoke to a guy who has opened a 'case' and asked me to send all the documents again, which I did. The next day, I received an email saying that only documents was reached, thought strange I have, but I emailed them again. I could see that all the documentation was then in the section of the'open cases, so I waited, and waited... it's now two out of two weeks since I bought CS6, I called Adobe again this morning, this is addressed to customer served, which were very useful, but had to send me... I waited for 42 minutes, then hung up.

  I don't really know what to do, I tried Adobe in the States, they said that they could not help (I am based in the United Kingdom) I waited if long my class actually finished! Any suggestions anyone?

  Unfortunately, under an Adobe ID you can have that one subscription .i would ask you create Adobe ID for the user or create a generic Email ID which can be used to create an Adobe id and then go for the subscription of the CC.
