  You can't sidegrade to one suite to another. You can only switch to new version and switch to a different suite and to CS7 it means you creative cloud.

  If it smells like fish... it's fishy... and it smells more fish.  A single user license allows only two active facilities.  Software is registered to a person, the owner.  If the plan so that the seller must maintain the software and the use of it by pretending to sell you a part of this license... walk and don't look back.

  If you sell a license a formal transfer, which must take place there.

I have installed CS6 Master Collection and then a license all products successfully but for Flash Builder Premium 4.6. When I run Flash Builder, it says that it is still in trial mode. When I try to license by using the serial number supplied with CS6, it said that the serial number is not valid.
