  I bought the student Adobe cs6 about one year version, unfortunately at the time I made this purchase my laptop died. I recently graduated from College, but I was wondering if there is a window of time that I need to install more before I are no longer eligible as a student / or if I won't be able to install and register. Currently, I have a work computer, but do not want to install the program until I get my own computer. In addition, the number of devices can I install student edition on? If I need to install it before my student status expires, I would install on my work computer and I hope to get my own personal ASAP device and install it on that as well if possible.   If not, try following the steps below:

  Leave the creative Cloud desktop application.

  Go to Control Panel > program and features.

  Under the list of programs, look for " 2012 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package (x 64)" and uninstall the same.

  When you are prompted to " reboot" the computer.

  Then uninstall " package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64).
