We strive to disable CS6 from the top of the tower. Summer 18 months since I use the CS6 in this mobile. Today, we started CS6, after 18 months and were taken to a page 'connect' to enter email and password to access your room. This has never happened before, everything was good however. Then we see the CS6 main page or window. Then click on 'help', then we see Disable all grey, not able to highlight or a link to something. Old forums indicate contact Adobe. We go to the adobe support window and says no links available for this product, forums only phone contact.  Is there a link to 'chat' to someone at Adobe. Today could have an easy answer, but I think that some rear wheels on the ground in movement are necessary and the thing "trial and error" to do. Changes in Google lately might cause problems here with these XP, I see glitches every week in general performance given that Google made improvements. What to do next?  Jimmy G
