There is a single entry, "Microsoft Silverlight" in the updated register and register the program. I can't uninstall, even by Microsoft'sIlverlight Home Page on an installation or uninstall. Been through the web, don't want to spend $ on something I don't know. What I have has been disable Silverlight to add it in the menu under Internet Options.

  Service Pack 1 is a prerequisite for installing Service Pack 2. It could be the Service Pack 2 for some other day.

• InDesign trial download but does not open

  Hello.

  I have problems to download Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. I'm working on a Windows XP PC, I'm guessing that since 2004. Tried to download Illustrator via the Cloud. Tried to open the program; it loaded for a few minutes and then came up with the following message "this program has encountered a problem and needs to close. We apologize for any inconvenience. »

  Then downloaded InDesign without program helping - directly on the site. This also failed. I tried to remove the program and then download it again in a different location, but this did not help. I repeated this process several times, tried several different places, but no luck. The software will actually download, but does not open. When I try to download in the Adobe download window (for the download destination folder options), there is a yellow symbol with an exclamation mark next to "Adobe InDesign" and the file size will be.

  I thought there were not enough disk space, but even after that I tried to clear the space program did not open. I'm pretty certain disk space isn't the issue because my computer tells me that I have enough space to download InDesign.

  I also read somewhere that the reason why InDesign can not open, this is the printer default may not be connected. I have connected default printer, downloaded the program again and the problem was not corrected.

  I have also tried to download Adobe Photoshop and in the destination download folder, the yellow exclamation point symbol options does not appear. However, this program crashes too after I open it.   Well well, brief and accurate: you do not meet the system requirements, which is your Win XP does not have Service Pack 3 or is otherwise misconfigured. Run Windows Update and install SP3.

  I have hp 2000 notebook windows home prem 7, it comes always error hpsf.exe has stopped working. serious problem. ICAN is not in the list of programs to remove it at downloiad a new, but I see you must have windows 8. I don't have it. so, how can I remove it from my computer though even I don't find it in the list of programs? I don't think I have that I get all the benefits of not getting the updates because it does not work. so, how do I find it to remove it and then reinstall it with the right pair. It isn't fair for me does not work. When even so, it's a 2000. whatever that means that it has been refurbished. It should all be new.   I see that you have trouble with the support Wizard on your HP computer. I have some suggestions that can help your question.

  You must uninstall and reinstall the program to fix the error message. If you are unable to find the program in the list "Add or remove programs", you can try to find it by using the program in this link. It is a program of removal of software and it goes into the registry of the computer and remove all parts of the program.

  Once you remove it, reinstall the program and the error should be fixed.

  I could have tried remove manually, but the trial version installed clean - I could never use CS6.

  I tried to uninstall programs and features, he said something along the lines of "sorry, we can not uninstall, but you want to remove this program from the list?" and I clicked Yes.

• CS6 trial downloads still available?

  Can I still download/install a trial version of say Photoshop CS6 without joining Creative cloud? If done Yes does anyone have a link and know if they will install without joining CC.  My goal is to evaluate each for 30 days each, I was under the impression that if I join membership free cloud I can get 30-day trials of all CC programs and try them separately in time program, but apparently with cloud that means more as only a period of assessment of 30 days of applications simultaneously , according to 3 different chat adobe representatives.  Anyone know if CS 6 trials are different and always available.  Or if the representative is wrong (based on your experience with free trials of cloud of free membership) in which case having 30 days to evaluate all programs at once?   I'm afraid to install/test software in CC it will mean I have to start evaluating all the software at a time.

  The installation program will give the possibility to run as a trial or a purchased license license.

  Regarding members CC, registering, even for the free plan will have no impact on the evaluation period of 30 days for any of the individual applications. Each application will begin the period of 30 days after the first launch and explicit action of ing click a button to start the trial.

• Large file downloaded but not here?

  I am downloading a zip file of 1.3 GB and it took some time and then the loading bar went away. I suppose that the file has been downloaded, but I do not see the file anywhere. I have only 1 other downloaded file and still only see 1 file.

  When I look at my used space I see this:

  

  1 another file I downloaded is only 2 MB. It is not obviously taking a lot of space so I assumes that the file has been downloaded and takes place, but for some reason any not displaying do not.

  The only other explanation I can find for the space occupied is playback of files that I have too much space in the trash. Is there a way to remove the trash, or it will automatically remove that space fills up?

  Where is the downloaded file? And if it's too much space and I don't see, how do I remove it to get space in the back? While I do not use a lot of space at the moment I intend to transfer several GB of files and must then space.

  Note: The file has been downloaded chrome (v21)

  Files in your trash can always count against your storage quota.

  Delete definitely a file is a two-step process. The first removal updates the file to the trash. The second delete Deletes your trash.

  You can see if there is any files in the trash by clicking the show garbage at the top right icon (just to the left of the dark gray box). See screenshot:

  I understand that Internet Explorer 8 is automatically downloaded to your computer from Windows update and that you want to remove and want to return to Internet Explorer 7.

  Internet Explorer 8 is an updated version of the browser that comes with many additional features. Here is a link that will give you information about the features available in Internet Explorer 8:

  It is recommended that you install for your browser up to date.

  However, if you still don't want to install this, there 2 ways you can try to delete the downloaded update.

  All updated the download file would be saved in the folder "software Distrubution. Here are the steps to delete the downloaded update file:

  1. stop the automatic updates service:

  Start > Search > services.msc (enter) > [OK]
  Double-click Automatic Updates > click Stop
  (Stopping the service will take a moment)

  2 remove the contents of the download folder:

  Start > Search > (enter) %windir%\SoftwareDistribution > [OK]
  Open the download folder and delete its contents
  Close the window.

  3. go to the Windows Update Web site > select CUSTOM and allow complete analysis > uncheck / deselect, update the driver, and then 'hide' ("don't show me this update").

  4. start the automatic updates service:

  Start > run > services.msc (enter) > [OK]
  Double-click Automatic Updates > click Start
  (Starting the service will take a moment)

  The second method would be to hide updates.

  Open Control Panel
  Open Security Center
  Click Automatic updates
  On the screen that shows set to the point in downloading, but let me choose when it is installed.
  Press on apply or OK and exit
