  I have an interactive report. I'm under the Version of database Enterprise Edition 11.2.0.3.0 with APEX 4.2.1.00.08 and using the Blue theme reagent 25.

  I use this in the CSS online on the Page that has the IR in order to align vertically to the top the content of cells in the IR and automatically present-use scroll bars for the IR to not exceed the width of the report.
  When I have this code in the CSS Inline in the corresponding Group Page, it works perfectly.
  
  When I put the previous content in a CSS file, named ir_default.css and upload via the shared components. The CSS option to the database, and I put the following code in CSS | File URL in the Page of the international registration:

  in order to use other IRs too and not post online all the time.
  
  After the execution of the page, I have the correct behavior with respect to the alignment of data in the cells and the width of field NOTES, but the mechanism of scroll bars present / not at all work, and the grid is larger than the width.

  Im running APEX 4.2.4... Ive just crossed to March and updated the application to issue 25. Ive also successfully installed the CSS drop according to the tutorial from Scott... Everything works great and I got to rebuild the application to use with theme 25...

  However, Ive suddenly found that when I get a message error or process jump towards the top of the page as a result of insert/update, or a validation error. , the drop down menu is always on... (i.e. the message box and the content behind the menu..)

  Ive tried to change the regions to my menu list, without success. I guess only he the some CSS is not quite right.

  Ill download a trial on the site, but is anyone using this and hit the same error...?

  BC will push things in your head, you say that it isn't now? It is the opposite of what you said in your first post. IF you're going to paste things like this in the content of the BC body moves it. IF you want to do things properly code should enter the models.

  They come as part of making the blogpostbody, 300 - you should change to {tag_blogpostbodypreview}, and white and it will pull the first paragraph and no reading more or after the comment to the text to read more.

  I put < rb1 > and < / rb1 > tags around one of my headers element and sure enough, it works fine.

  Now, I would use rb1 as setting style in shape for the members of a group of radio buttons.

  I don't know (or at least I think I know) of this blog http://vincentdeelen.blogspot.com/2013/11/pimp-my-site.html that "these classes can be added to the attributes page field items, in the attribute"Class CSS of HTML Form element", under the heading 'Elément'."  But my question is: exactly what is happening in this field element form HTML CSS Classes ?  I tried just a plain rb1, < rb1 >, class = "rb1" and so on.  There seems to be a lack of useful documentation - I can't find a doc that tells exactly what to put in this field or in what format.  For example, a search of the documentation Oracle APEX site can't find any occurrences of the string "Classes CSS élément HTML Form" at all.

  Anyway, no matter what I tried, in this area, and in the two fields below, the formatting of radio button does not change.

  However, I can directly this code in the element form attributes Option:

  I think it's the best place CSS inline, in the title of the page CSS.

  Anyway your style selector is false. For the class, it should be like this

• Problem with custom (4.2.1, XE 11.2.0.2 css file)

  I have a custom css file that I downloaded on the repository of CSS files (under the shared components).

  In my page header, I have (according to custom by using Cascading Style Sheets):

  (I tried #APP_IMAGES # and #WORKSPACE_IMAGES #-same result.)

  When the page loads, the file is loaded, but some css rules are not applied, because... looking at the content of the file in Firebug, nearly half of the rules in the file are not present.

  The CSS in the file is valid: if I just paste the contents of the file into the CSS inline to the page header element, everything works fine - but I would rather a link to a file in the page or preferably its model.

  Anyone experienced, or have an explanation? Or a clue as to what I can hurt?

  Update: it wasn't just a caching issue.

  The use of / / comments, rather than / * / causes stanzas of rules to be ignored when running.

  JavaScript, CSS, and JSTL is not a problem, whereas - according to the JSF version - HTML is. JSF 2 is the first version of the JSF, which allows you to mix HTML with less side effects, if you use Facelets as view declaration language.

  + 1. mixture of html with ADF Faces components tags +.

  This could ruin your pages, lead to update issues and - in case of frequent use in the trees - even destroy the functionality

  + 2. online use of JavaScript / CSS +.

  Poor performance because of heavy weight pages. If you were using ADF Faces and your JS addresses the DOM instead of the architecture of client cJavaScript ADF Faces then chances are JS will fail for the components that have changed their HTML output (which has an impact on the DOM structure) or changes are not submitted to the server.

  For CSS, CSS inlineStyle not applay to the DOM element that is external, which means for example af:input the background text color will color the lavel

  + 3. mix JSTL and JSF/ADF Faces tags +.

  Dependa on how you do. JSF has postponed EL syntax, which means that EL resolves at run time, whereas JSTL resolves at compile time. So the race conditions could become a problem

  Overall, it is difficult to say if things were coded wrong in the project (although for the use of HTML you can be sure) without seeing the code. It seems that the team that built the application however did not dare to the suite of recommended practices

• Removal of white line in the CSS formatting

  Hi all

  I hope that one of you has experienced many can help a beginner (new!)

  I've been dealing with CSS and build my layout with it instead of tables, following the advice of some of you guys here. He's doing much so far, and I can see why you recommended, but I hit a roadblock.

  At the top of my page, in a div tag, I have my image in the header. Just below that, in a new div, I have an indefinite list of words which I arranged in a single line. Lower than that, again, I have another image.

  What I want is for each of these layers to flow from one to another, without any white space in the middle (my background is white). There is no white space between my list of words that are on a green background, and the image below, but between the top image and block the green background which is my line of words, there is a white line.

  I tried everything in my limited arsenal of "expertise", which amounts to try the margin = 0 tags on the top image and the line of words, but little matter what I try, the white line will not disappear. I've rechecked to be sure, and it is not part of the image. When you insert a picture in html using the CBC, DW automatically adds a white line underneath that you can not delete it in CSS?

  I can put up a screenshot if that helps?

  My best guess without benefit of your page appears, you have a few lines of browser by default & padding appearing around one or two images.

• Is it possible to disable text CSS and design with HTML only?

  I am designing the text html only IE: font, color, size. The only method I know is to highlight the text and then go to insert > Html > text objects. This method is tedious and time consuming.

  I don't no the arguments or reasons as to why I should be using CSS, I'm just looking for a solution to disable the design with HTML and CSS. I use Dreamweaver CS5.

  The option to disable CSS has been removed from Dreamweaver CS4. CS5 is the same.

  If you have a strong need for the use of font tags, open the favorite category of the bar/panel insert, right click and select customize Favorites.

  In the dialog box that opens, select HTML in the menu of items available. At the bottom of the list, you can find fonts Tag Editor. Highlight it, and then click the double chevron to move it in the right panel. Click OK to insert the font tag editor in your Favorites.

  You can use tag editor of text fonts with font style tags.

  The alternative is to use the CSS inline styles that can be created using the menu rule target in the property inspector when on the left, the CSS button is selected.

  I'm for a solution of navigation for about 2 hours, but I can't find anything that could help. I have a dynamic text field, and I want to format it, (to highlight the first 2 words in red and the rest in italics). Usually, I load external .txt files and I use HTML tags to format the text inside. But this time I have to do internally.

  You mean you want to format your text in the textfield with html like tags for example this one?

  This underlines the 'Hello' and bolden ' here! You can add the css inline style too to add the colors of the background also.

• Changing a single word without CSS color

  I use Dreamweaver CS4.  I am trying to create a simple website without the help of CSS.  I typed a paragraph inside the < p > < / p >.  I would like to highlight a particular word in this paragraph and change its color.  I chose the word.  In the property inspector, I can put it in bold or italics, but I can't find any way to change its color.  Is there a way I can do this in Design view?

  To do this...

  1 highlight the text you want to color

  2. right click and select surround with tags

  3. type fonts

  4. press enter/return twice

  5. in the Source, add color = "#FFFFFF" attribute in the tag of police (white for your hexadecimal color swap, make sure the # is there)

  It certainly works in CC 2015, if inline CSS is even better...

  1 highlight the text you want to color

  2. click the CSS button to the left of the main window of properties

  3. click on the color chip gray and choose your color

  4. press on enter/return

  This wrap the text in a set of tags and add the color accordingly as css inline attribute.

  Try to apply css custom on the aggregate column. In an application that uses the universal theme, I added the CSS inline to the page of the report below.
