  If an end user can enter a date and it is passed into the filter through a variable
  
  pv_as_of_date
  
  This is set by default to 2013-04-01
  
  I want to subtract 1 year to make the final result
  
  2012-04-01
  
  When I run the report I see two problems
  
  (1) for displaying the filter at the bottom, I see the complete SQL code. This should not show that the returned date? In this case the filter should not show 2012-04-01?
  
  (2) the filter does not yet that is my biggest problem
  
  I tested the code above in a column and I KNOW the date is returned as expected
  
  But when I use the same SQL code in the filter then it does not work
  
  Am I missing some special button somewhere to allow SQL expressions?

  I don't see anything wrong in the expression, but when you might have questions

  Criteria over time. "' Academic year Desc" column-> filter-> Advanced-> convert it to SQL
  and use this expression.

• IPS GIS 3030 event Action filter does not

  Hi guys,.

  On my 4240 and IPS IDSM2 tried applying the event action to filter this GIS were firing from the internal IP and goes on all internal IP ports. Signature continue to be reported to my respective boxes in MARCH. I tried different combinations of internal IP addresses and filter still does not work. I also moved the filter up to the first position in the list. This is the only filter out of dozens who does not work, btw.

  If someone else has a similar problem or have a solution?

  I think I know what is happening. Don't forget, event filters action simply removes the actions for the alarm. This particular alarm contains a few destination outside your filter IP addresses, so that actions are not taken.

  Yay for me, I guess... Here's what fixed him... try to stop [email protected] with dit filter but had a filter that says to pass [email protected] to the device... when I deleted the filter doyle, this has also stopped the rondoyle be passed... hope I have not confused everyone... always think that doyle and rondoyle should be treated with their own separate filters but apparently not!

• (Interactive report) IR filter does not work, how to debug?

  I have a complex page, which includes an interactive report.

  For the most part works fine, with the exception of the following:

  Under Actions menu - click Filter results only Firefox show the circle 'Treatment demand' (ajax - loader.gif), that it will never show the details of the filter.

  The action of this button

  JavaScript:gReport.dialog2 ('SHOW_FILTER');

  This page has the same result.

  Some other Actions such as "Select columns" properly.

  Other Actions as "Emphasize" also does not work.

  Other pages with IR work fine with Firefox.

  Given the complexity of the page, I prefer is not to simply rebuild the page from scratch.

  The problematic page works fine in Internet Explorer and Chrome.

  How do I troubleshoot / debug this?

  (Most of the people in our office have no Chrome, so telling them to use Chrome is not an option.)

  Internet Explorer is way slower and has a few other problems).

  I found that a small piece of Javascript on my page there was an error.

  Not directly visible in Firefox, but Internet Explorer gave a message "error on page".

  This javascript was supposed to set a focus on the page, but could not find this object.

  Nothing to do with Action in the IR, but apparently no error on the causes of pages which IR filters do not work anymore...

• Graduated filter does not not at the controls

  Hello world! The graduated filter tool does not work on my version of lightroom 5. I can move the cursor, but nothing happens on the image. It's very annoying. I tried to reinstall the software 5 times now and are at the end of my intelligence. I did the research for hours on the web and cannot find any info. I wonder if this is a way to make me force using the cloud service?

  You do not use the graduated filter to adjust the entire image, you use the BASE Panel.  Now, I noticed in your clip to screen your BASE Panel is missing, as the TONE CURVE Panel is the first listed.  To get your BASE right click on back panel header of the TONE CURVE and the menu drop down next appears, so that you can re - turn on the BASE Panel.  This is another long term glitch/bug in Lightroom that is probably hard to track down anyone found a repetitive sequence why signs accidentally goes off.

  Hi all.

  Im trying to create a seamless model. by using many layers.

  Im going to filter/other/offset /, adding vertical or horizontal dimensions such as 2953px (image size is 2953px x 2953px). and by checking the box "wrap autour.

  But it does not work and is culture off loads of the layer, not transparent at all.

  I tried with another layer, and the same thing happens.

  I have "revealed all" and shows nothing. I tried to remove the transparent noise pixels around the layer, I am trying to wrap.

  & I also selected all & then cropped the image, but it is always the case.

  I googled until my heart's content, but found no other idea on how to solve. Any ideas?

  All my layers are brushes I created and used so many transparent textures. But it would be a problem if I tried all this would?

  You can try cropping the image to the canvas size (select > all, Image > Crop) before applying the offset?

• My color pencil filter does not correctly...

  Yesterday, I was humming of creating a drawing and using the color pencil filter.

  Today, it is not working.

  Today, when I apply the pencil of color of a line or object filter, it changes the gray object and does not add a cross hatching.

  I use PS Elements 8, and of course, it's a due date.

  Any thoughts there?  I'm really stuck...

  This is the forum for the full version of Photoshop, but I'll venture a few wild, uneducated conjecture (I use no items)...  Is your image in grayscale and RGB mode not?  In addition, you have your foreground and background value colors?

  I am trying to implement a method of changing the position of a background image. A Lite version works very well here:

  I only tried to apply to the first question, but plan to use it for all buttons. All will have the same dimensions, so what is the most rational way to use the class and id for reducing duplication?

  You will need a separate for each button category, since you are using a different background image and positioning for each.

  Giving them that a better name would help, instead of .rollover, .rollover2, etc., I'd use .on. Home, .contact and so on.

  You could simplify your css by placing all the repetitive css on a large group selector...

  Then your real reversal record would not be background information...

• Wind of the filter does not properly - CS5

  Hello

  Maybe because its Friday, but for some reason my wind filter is not create the "plotters" or "trails" that I'm used to seeing.

  My goal is to create a movement on white text effect.  "Tails" do not grow in length when duplicate filter on & more as it should.  What I am doing wrong?

  This is the text after the filter is applied once.

  

  Here is an example after the 3rd time of application of the wind filter.

  

  As you can see, the streaks are still in the text. It does not create fine streaks that I need.

  Probably I'm missing something obvious, but I can't find a solution to this anywhere.

  Normal links work correctly.

  However, I created a class that needs to display links in bold - but it does not work!

• CSS a: link does not work

  I'm trying to control the appearance of links through CSS, attached to the page, and I'm not having any luck. I created 2 models, 1 for one: link and the other for a: hover. a: hover works as expected, but one: link does not work. I am trying to create a link without notes and black for the color. When you hover over the link it must become white and also without underscores. What I get is a link that is blue with an underline and when you switch on it to become white and loses underscore. It seems simple enough. What could I do it wrong?

  Thank you all for your suggestions! They made me think quite for it is resolved by using the 'a' style (anchor) CSS (instead of a: link) along with one: hover style and it works exactly as I want only it. Here's what it looks like:
