  It's hard to say without many of the substantive issues, asked Paula. I will say in my experience I've often seen this kind of problem occur if endpoint has been managed by TMS and the CTS Manager. You can have the setup of endpoint for one or the other, not both.

• IPhone update (but an old having problems with the screen Activate iPhone and Apple ID)

  I have an iPhone 5 that, by chance (Pocket escaped), is stuck on the screen of the iPhone 'Find your phone' Activate.  The iPhone does not accept my Apple ID.  He is looking for an address icloud.com.  I can't honestly remember a set up, and I tried a number of variations on the icloud.com address (using the 'index' system provides) and passwords with no luck.  Do not have any problems with my Apple ID - I can see my phone & details on my screen of the user, when I connect my account (via the office).  Subject to my cellular service provider, I tried to force a restore on the phone via iTunes, but after that he asked me a few questions of initial Setup, I'm just at the "Activate iPhone" screen

  If the implementation was made by your employer, they can put in something different from your Apple ID to find my iPhone. It also seems that if something was damaged in the fall. Who can contribute to the problem.

  The padlock shows only that there is a secure connection and does not guarantee that you are connected to the right server. So you could always be connected to the wrong server if you make a typing mistake in the URL and someone said that mistyped the URL. The lock feature has been replaced by the identity button of the Site on the left end of the address bar (address).

  1.7 midlet works both feel so auth. Server is configured on the phone (pointing to the RTC) or if it is empty and the Enterprise effect parameter

  But access to the URL address phone screenshot is possible if I leave the field blank and associate the phone to an existing user of CUCM

  Thanks for the comments, we will work on the clarification of our documents.

  As you know that prompts you the codec for authorization and, now, because of the security change codec will refuse the request from version 1.7.

  A few things we do now 1.7

  -Remove the URL for authenticating all IP phones
  -Create a new user account inquiry CUCM (example: admin/cisco), with ONLY
  the necessary rights to make screenshots and associated phone.
  -Configure the URL for authentication within the parameters of CUCM company with one IP address instead of the host name
  -Open Ports in the ACL to allow phone to communicate with CUCM

  I have a Dell location 11 Pro I3, it's almost awesome to work after getting all the latest drivers updates, Bios, etc..

  But from time to time, the screen freezes, it seems that it only freezes when im touching the screen or using the keyboard on this (compact keyboard with trackpad).

  A few times the screen freezes for a few seconds, other times I have to put to sleep (power button) and wake up again until the screen reacts.

  I know it is a problem of editing screen, the Tablet meets the keys, keyboard typing or the trackpad when the screen is frozen.

  How will I know it when I see the movements on the screen? I see when I wake the Tablet after a freeze of all the changes I made, for example typings, Web sites change. And the sounds when I get error sound when I arrive at the end of a page, etc. The sounds come while the screen is frozen.

  Anyone have any idea how I can solve the freezing of the screen that would be amazing :)

  I've seen other posts but non of them are recent (a month or two old)

  On my tablet, this problem was more caused by the Panel Auto Refresh. Download Intel drivers from the support page and install it if you don't have it already done. Then, click Start-> all-> Intel HD Graphics Control Panel Apps. Click on 'Power', then click on "Off" next to Panel to refresh.

• CTS-CTRL-DVC8 locked up

  I have the touch screen (CTS-CTRL-DVC8), who is stuck at the "Connecting" screen... "and don't give me any menu\options ever.  Nobody knows how to factory reset the touch screen if you are unable to access the list of options.

  Here are the steps to reset the touchscreen CT if you don't get all the controls:

  Telepresence Cisco Touch factory reset pressing about exclamation for 10 seconds so that it lights up, the device can be then press mute twice. The touch screen should restart after a few seconds with the factory settings.

  I use Firefox under Linux Mint Rebecca 38. I meet several problems with the functionality of the tab that don't seem to be addressed by the various tools of tabbed browsing and installed from Mozilla. Primary is EACH new future tab with the lock attribute set. Sometimes, I'll also protected. I not the usefulness or the other of these things and does not know how to activate them other than by manually once that loading tabs. I would have preferred that they not appear automatically. When you restart Firefox, each restored tab comes with two attributes, the value active. I don't know what those things are for, but I don't need them and I don't want them.   With your impressive list of installed extensions, this is almost certainly due to one of the associated multiple tab you have extensions.

  Start Firefox in safe mode and see if that fixes the problem. If so, find out which extensions are causing the problem or simply get rid of them.

• Password locking Active Directory - Apple ID

  In my office, we have three Macbooks linked to the Active Directory domain and all the three machines to meet the same problem. On all three machines, we use different local Admin, Mobile AD managed accounts. Accounts use private Apple ID in Itunes and App store. All three accounts have experienced what seemed to be random AD accounts locks.

  We have managed to limit somewhat through troubleshooting a problem with Apple ID and keychain.

  Users, initially created their Apple ID with their e-mails and the company when they connect to their Apple App Store ID they get locked out AD almost immediately.

  After they changed their Apple ID to their private emails, they got locked out AD whenever they tried to authenticate more than 5 times on App Store (or any where else some application requires Apple ID). Even if their identity papers have absolutely nothing to do with their usernames and passwords AD account. Somehow Apple ID or key ring tries to authenticate against AD. Whenever you enter the password wrong or correct it increments the counter "badpwdcount" of 1. If you try to authenticate five or repeatedly, causes it to lock the user of the AD because of the "5 bad passwords GPO" in AD.

  Even if the user enters a password valid, it always raises the 1 meter. If the user authenticates Apple ID with its business e-mail the lockout is immediate, which would mean the Apple itself ID forces on AD in quick succession or done something that causes lock it the user to use the e-mail AD and move. Is not question even if the pass is the same on the AD and Apple ID.

  Can you suggest what newspapers should happen to us AD to eventually find the reason that newspapers we checked that no information. Even the attribute which must display the name of the computer where the lockout was made has no information.
  We know when the lockout occur and we manage to avoid them but we would like to know why they happen. Why Apple ID, or Keychain has something to do with authentication on AD.

  We have studied this issue widely on the Interwebs and found no information that we could carry on. Locking issues revolve around a few old passwords stored on IPad and other similar positions only here on communities are way back in 2007. None of this information relates to our AD locking problems.

  We even did some heavy troubleshooting with certificates, but nothing helped.

  Someone else has the same or similar problems?

  I run several Mac Pro and Macbook Pro (El Capitan OS X 10.11.5 & 10.11.6) with the mobile AD accounts and links AD back to the domain AD WIN2012R2 server, where connection system is different from the apple ID used to access the apple store/itunes and have no problem with locked out as you describe.

  I've known a lot of problems but with "compatibility between previous versions of Mac OS X (Mavericks and Yosemite)" with WINSBS2003 then WIN2008 Server OS. Do not know what is the relationship of platform (OS X to WIN) of the software you have.

  I have found many problems have been fixed just by signing on iCloud, restart the MAC then sign in iCloud, don't know if doing the same thing could help you. The offender has generally been OS X, especially after an upgrade.

  Are your Mac related to AD, but search LDAP and NIS or too? This was one of my problems with WIN2008 and Nonconformists.

  I'm guessing that if one who has called you is on your contact list, you can do "Slide to Answer", if they are not then all what you can do is just press the green button when they call your number.

• iPad 2 9.3.1 hide notification on the lock screen Center

  G ' Day, my ipad 2 is currently locked, but the notification center screen shows and cannot be hidden. The chevron is down, opposed to what is expected, I cannot access the password screen, can't do anything with it. It is not completely locked, I can swap between "Today" and "Notifications", so is not in bricks, but it might as well be. Any suggestions please?

  I have a new laptop HP G70.  In the User Guide HP G70 on keyboards - C01540939.pdf, paragraph 3 using keyboards & pointing devices, Page 8 there is a note "the function of the keyboard that is active when the computer is turned off is restored when the computer turns on.   This does not work on my computer HP G70.  It always starts up the number Lock OFF.   How can I configure my computer to set the digit Lock ON when the computer starts?  I always use the number keypad and never use page up/down - button on top/bottom/right/lelt arrow.

  Also, how can I configure my computer to set the touch mouse on the computer OFF for the start.  I always use an external mouse.

  Any help would be appreciated.  It is a simple thing, but the present operation HP G70 is most annoying.

  NO.  Even if you go into an Apple store, they cannot help and cannot do anything for you.  You have come against so-called lock Activation which is an anti theft on the phone device.

  Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing you can do and you will never be able to use this phone.  You've probably been scammed, especially given the fact that the original seller no longer meets your messages.

  You need this chalk up to experience and move on and buy a new iPhone, but this time from a legitimate source, which is direct to an Apple store or a company.

  Nothing else you can do, and Apple can't help.
