  I recently had to reinstall my copy of Photoshop Elements 7, because it is no longer able to open. GIF files. After reinstallation, my serial number provided on the back of my package product is no longer works. I contacted Adobe support via live chat, and they were not able to help me, a lot of my frustration.

  This question is a seriously my productivity hack, and I'm very frustrated that I can use is no longer a product that I paid for.

  Real contribution to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

  I had a friend help me off site. It turns out that digital downloads and the canned versions have different caches serial.

  Thanks for nothing, Adobe Support, you're about as useful as a bag of hammers.

• Cannot modify Lightroom 2 photo in photoshop elements 9, help please.

  I use OS 10.6.5. I have Lightroom 2.7 installed, and I purchased Photoshop Elements 9. I'm trying to change my Lightroom photos in elements by going to the Menu, select Photos, then select them change in, but I'm not able to select one of the options to change in as they appear in gray. I uninstalled and re-installed both programs and that did not help. Any suggestions?   Let me know if you need more information.

  Make sure that you have properly implemented PSE9 as external editor.

  In the Lightroom library module, click Edit > Preferences

  Then click the external publishing tab in the Preferences dialog box.

  Click on the button choose (to half way down) in additional external editor

  Then go to the PhotoshopElementsEditor app and select it.

  Bought 13 elements Photoshop from Adobe by Amazon for download.  He said one of the requirements is a 64-bit operating system. Very well. Downloaded correctly. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 with 64-bit processor. Initialized Adobe install, put n serial, you tap on install.  Failed installation: error msg - installer does not support installation on a 64-bit system.   Wherever your son is, please include Adobe Photoshop Elements version and operating system and the description of the installation problem (error messages, stage of failure, etc.)

  Support Adobe seems to be limited to Adobe cat and is classically limited to the current version which is 13. Then, you the best avenue to success is likely to be through the Adobe Photoshop elements Forum. But that shouldn't stop you trying to determine what kind of support you can get from Adobe cat on your question.

  When I try to open an image with the Publisher of the item or if I try to open the PS Editor directly I see this

  Click on the name of the album and use Cmd + A to select all the thumbnails, then go to the top menu:

  File > export as a new

  Choose the file type, the size and the quality of your copies and then click on the Browse button and navigate to your Media Player.

  I don't think you can do your last settings 'sticky '.

  If I have a whole or photos to crop with a given custom report, I do not use the crop tool. I use the tool Rectangle, followed by a ' Image > crop '. The ratio is sticky.

  That's the best I can offer.

  I intend to record a youtube video of making me a video 'speedpaint' as they are called by many on the internet where I have something using Photoshop Elements 8 will paint and wonder if he is allowed to view the User Interface of Photoshop in the video... • I installed a trial version of Adobe Photoshop elements 12 and now want to buy it. How to do that, please click on the BUY NOW button does not help.

  Can someone help please I want to buy the trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements? I click on the buy now button buy which doesn't help and of course, I don't have a serial number for the trial version. It is a nightmare situation.

  Why do they want to buy version 12? Just because the facilities on version 14 does not by default for crops I want that is 9 "x 6" with 300 dpi.

  I had to put these dimensions for each image that the dimensions were nit a "sticky" option As I say nightmare. Grrrrr.
