• Can not register CS6 Fireworks with newly purchased creative cloud

  Hello, hope someone can help. I'm having a big problem you are trying to start using Fireworks CS6 on Mac (version 10.7.5). Please forgive me if this topic has been raised elsewhere, but I can't seem to find it.

  I just bought a creative and downloaded of the CS6 Fireworks cloud subscription. I was using before CS6 of fireworks as a test just now. When I now try and start the application the following is happening (see screenshots below):

  (1) a screen comes on Adobe Application Manager saying "trial has expired" with a single button that says "this software license.

  (2) sign-in required with adobe ID: I click on connection

  (3) third screen says "creative cloud is now allowed for" my e-mail address. Click on continue

  (4) goes back directly to the screen 1

The case that adobe had promised was a free upgrade to CS6 as soon as it became available to do, if I bought the package by a given date, I did and installed. My question is how (or when) I can access my free download of versions the software content in Creative Suite Design Premium CS5.5 CS6. My purchase was dependent on this free update promised is very important for me to know how and when what can I expect the download.

  I did some digging around and found an article that stipulates they will send you the upgrade to CS6 e-mail ten days after his expedition starting.

  But I couldn't find the upgrade email... until I tried my spam folder and there it was.

  PROBLEM SOLVED!  Am trying to download my upgrade.

  I bought a new imac with os Capitan and I made a time Machine of old imac to the new imac with capitan. Adobe CS5 no longer works. I uninstalled and tried to reinstall, Setup works well without any warning, but at the end when I run Illustrator or Indesign, or photoshop, it crashed.

• Adobe Creative Suite 4 disc shows not all applications Setup

  I am using Creative Suite 4 (Web Premium). I had a license error that (apparently) required me to reinstall my Adobe Illustrator. So I uninstalled all of my Adobe (except Acrobat, I bought separately) products.

  Now when I go to reinstall using the diskette, none of the 'core' applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver) appear under the heading "Available products" to install!

  I tried a lot of different things, including installing in safe mode.

  Anyone have any ideas?

• Optical drive cannot find the Adobe Creative Suite 6 disc

  As written in the subject, my optical drive can't find my drive to Master Collection Creative Suite 6.

  (I use Windows 7 Ultimate)

  Every other disc I've tried BD of DVD - ROM or CD-ROM even worked perfectly well.

  The disc itself is in good condition (no scratches and others) when I try to manually open it know "no disc not found" and opens the disc so I can insert a disc.

  When I tried to force the autorun with "run" he gave me the same message "no disk found.

  Anyone with ideas how to solve this problem?

  Nothing is said about NEW accounts bracn.

  If you want to give users the occasional access then just set up a normal Standard user account and call it 'Visitor' or something similar...

  Every now and then I feel the need to reinstall my OS to clean my computer, but since I got the CS I was in fear of losing my copy if I do. Can I save the rest or I can reinstall with my series of products, or is there anything else I can do to make sure I won't lose my product?

  You can do a clean install on your Mac. But you cannot reinstall from backup. You need to reinstall your drive original installation or from a backup of the installation file if you downloaded the software. If you do not have such a backup, you can download the fresh software from here:

  Using a normal backup of your computer, or using the migration only restores all the various files in the various locations that Adobe put in different places.
