• Impossible to validate the Production Premium CS4 update

  I bought CS4 Production Premium by using a path that allowed a discount based on my prior purchase of Design Standard CS4. Screen that validates my copy of Production Premium (it's a download) requires the serial number of my previous qualifying package, but the drop down menu does not list any choice except for the CS3 packages. Then, of course, my Design Standard serial number does not work and I am only able to use the trial version. All the technical staff of the Adobe seems inaccessible until October 14, after their upgrade of the system is complete. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

  I bought this program in 2009 digitally.  When I log on my adobe account its does not give me the option to install it.  Show as it is purchased.  If I remember, the last time I install it, you can click on it and it would start the installation process.  Now it shows just like reading text only.  Any ideas or suggestions?

  Please forgive the n00bish question, but having never used a trial version before Adobe, I'm slightly confused about the following:

  I installed the PPro CS5 trial and started tinkering with a few projects to see if I need to bite the upgrade now. Like many of you, I decided it was worth the upgrade, even on my aging material. Currently, by Production Premium CS5 upgrade is the responsibility of the Fedex man, so I look forward to the transformation of the test of the registered version.

  With Premiere Pro only, it seems to be just a matter of entering your serial number to unlock the version saved... but what from the body to the full suite? Do I need to blow the trial and install the suite, or I can install it on top of the trial and everything will be fine? In a perfect scenario, I just wipe my hard drive and start over with a fresh install of the OS and all of the programs, but I learned to hit the ground - in fact busy running!

• Batching in Photoshop CS5 opens files in Camera Raw

  About directly from Photoshop CS5 (no bridge) of batch processing, I am unable to get the .dng files open without requiring that I click on "Open image" in Camera Raw.  I'm trying to run a simple step two sharpen more save and close action on a lot of 700 + .dng files.  There is no command in the action.  Thank you.

  I don't want to reinstall all CS4 CS5 is already installed. I want to just install and activate Acrobat 9 Pro

  I was able to activate this by installing Dreamweaver CS4. I hope that the components of the CS4 (e.g. bridge) will not interfere with the CS5 installed components previously.

  I have registered for Web Premium CS4 serial number that I'm trying to reinstall on OSX Yosemite. I removed the superdrive in my machine last year, so I downloaded installation program appropriate to the Adobe site.

  I launched the program installation and my key entry, which was accepted, but in the list of installation options customized, I wasn't able to select all commodities (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver etc.), ancillary products like Acrobat, AIR and so on. I went with the standard installation instead, but this has not yet installed all the commodities.

  The re - run the installer, I get only the option to install or reinstall the auxiliary products: Photoshop and others still do not appear as options grayed out now.

  My series was licensed student, acquired in 2009. It is true that it is now expired? The software worked fine until I had a game with 30 day trials CC last year, but I don't feel the amount I use the software would justify the cost of the subscription/upgrade.

  Any help to restore my Photoshop and Illustrator would be greatly appreciated.

  I have a license of CS4 production Premium volume, which I am installing on a system of Win 7 32. I downloaded the software and everything is fine until I put in the serial number... which was rejected. I got nowhere with the support which directed me to "forums". I was told that the serial key / number series is volume license. Can anyone help?
