• RT - cRIO Console output - Custom output / system Message?

  A cRIO has a console output that sends messages system, informing the user that is running, or if there are system errors. This can be seen through a browser or by connecting a monitor the the cRIO. See attached screenshot of the output in my browser.

  Is it possible to programmitcally send messages to the screen? cRIOs did not have a UI other than that, so it would be nice if the application can send messages to the screen for debugging/status information.

  We actually have this feature. You can use the String Debug function for the output in the console of any of our targets in real time.

  You can also disable the console if there are some details that you do not want show and using write serial output.

• No model output module custom when you run the script from another process

  I have a following problem:

  Try to automate the video rendering. When I run extend script of the program that is launched at windows startup, there is no custom output module template. If the script is started manually, it works perfectly.

  Trying to applyTemplate output module in the results of item renderer error queue.

  I use AE 2014 (13.1.1.3) and windows server 2012 standard r2.

  Sounds like a permissions problem, you will need to set your user contexts and escalate privileges before running the script.

• Custom JSON output

  A question for you experts from liquid/JSON out there. I want a custom output JSON format, where it shows only the fields I use in my template without making everything. If set up a collection and layout, the page rendered in JSON always returns all the fields in the Web application, not only what I chose. I need an entry JSON for some AJAX real-time update for a dashboard project, that I'm working on. Any suggestions?

  The Json retrieves only the modules not all collections etc you did on the page. This is one of the few gripes I have with the service. Other then essentially through an application, you cannot custom json and you can't use 3rd party.

• After effects CC output Modules to render only Machines

  Hi there, I have a problem with the custom output Module Templates and my cluster:

  After Effects CC 12.0.0.404 (also showing up-to-date cloud Creative)

  Mac OS X 10.8.4 (Mountain Lion last version)

  Mac Pro 2.93 GHz, Radeon 5870 8-Core, 32 GB RAM and with Blackmagic Decklink Extreme 3D +.

  Remote Machines (there are four) are Mac Pros (Quad-core, running 10.7.2 with 16 GB of RAM), by using the ae_render_only_node.txt file in their folder of user Documents.

  The exact error:

  aerender ERROR: no output to the name module model were found.

  I try to get a cluster working with After Effects CC (see exact version above). Unfortunately, I need custom output modules, and I can't seem to get the slaves made to recognize. I found older sons on this particular issue, but no solution has been found.

  I use commandline aerender in OS X terminal to start a render with a basic test scene.

  To simplify things, I tried to test this on a single machine, rendering both slave... Same result everywhere.

  Here is what I tried:

  I have exported a file of .aom of my main machine (where I have my desired custom output Modules) and attempted to bring on the slaves of rendering. However, because the slaves of rendering are return only, (they ae_render_only_node.txt in their Documents folder), the ability to import Modules output is disabled in After Effects (it opens as the rendering engine of the effects after and modify > Templates menu is grayed out).

  Then, I thought I would try to copy the main machine (user) /Users/ / Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/12.0 folder to render slaves, thinking that would get any other file in preference to them to define the output modules. No luck. Launched After Effects (which loads as renderer after effects) and reset my preferences to disk cache (so they were not always of the main machine). Tried again aerender... no luck. Same error:

  aerender ERROR: no output to the name module model were found.

  After that, I thought it would be a good idea to log out of Adobe Creative cloud on the main machine and try connecting the machine slave made with my UserID and password and temporarily remove the ae_render_only_node.txt file. Then I would import the .aom file in the full version of the AE... I tried this and success! The work of renders... they find the output without problem Modules. Only it is, as soon as I log out and switch between using the ae_render_only_node.txt file, the output Modules are not found. Don't know what's going on--if the output Modules are currently disabled by the ae_render_only_node.txt file? Or maybe signature out of my Adobe ID is to remove preferences that determine the output Modules? Don't know where the output Module preferences are stored to be able to tell.

  Next attempt: I thought that I would try my preferences with creative cloud sync. I made sure to check synchronization preferences after effects to ensure that the output Modules are configured to synchronize. I did a sync where I transferred my preferences of the main machine. Then, on the slaves of rendering, I ran synchronization preferences and chose to download preferences. Works when connected, but not when it is used as a single render node. When it comes to a single node returned, he even invites me to download synchronization preferences and exit the Application, which I do, but nothing seems to happen. I retry aerender and still the same error:

  aerender ERROR: no output to the name module model were found.

  I can't seem to find any info on where the output Modules are actually stored (apparently they are not anywhere in the user/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects / folder?). Visited only nodes not allowed to have custom output Modules? Not even for something as simple as the multi-machine with an action sequence post-render set enabled Proxy?

• Match advanced processor challenge

  I use the processor to Match advanced to Match/merge two data streams from two different sources.

  The requirement/challenge that I face is to select a value of merge for a particular column from a single source.

  Ex: There are 2 sources ABC & DEF. I found a FirstName and LastName Match between the two sources and need to merge these two records.

  1. I need to validate the length of the PhoneNo in source ABC to 10 characters. But the actual length is 7 in the ABC Source, in this case, I have to take the source DEF 10 length PhoneNo.

  2. I need to survive all other columns of source ABC. i.e Zip (Source ABC 87115) only.

  Is there a way to do this in Advanced Match Disqualification without custom output switch?

  It's pretty easy.

  All attributes except the phone number, you simply set up the attributes of output merged counts only data source ABC (entry). Obviously if you have several records of the ABC source, which may be in a correspondence group, you need to decide how to choose the 'best' value in this case, but you could start with the most common or something.

  For the telephone number attribute, prepare you two versions of it before the match. One to use in correspondence, that includes original data and the other for output that is only populated source ABC if it meets your validation rule (i.e. you empty it on phone numbers that are not). You can then configure an attribute of merged output that reads from first and input Input Dembront in the second place, by using the selector of first Non empty.

  Newbie question: I create a video from various sources. Some sequences are 1280 x 720, other clips from old DVD, whose size is 642 x 480. The first clip I have loaded in my project is the old (642 x 480 pixels), it seems because I loaded the small clip in the first place, the whole project is that report width / height. So now when I try to bring new clips, they get cropped. How to set the size to 1280 x 720? It's ok, if there is black bands around the small clips. Thank you

  I use first Pro CC on Mac OS 10.9.5

  Select your sequence in the project Panel, and then open it by going to sequence/sequence settings in the menu dropdown.

  Now change the custom output Format.

  Now, you will be able to change the settings.

  The database server can not literally see your desktop. This has nothing to do with PL/SQL, it's to do with network and security protocols. The client connects to the server, not the other way around.

  Java in the database has the same restriction. It's just that your site, someone has hit up a JSP page that uses a low level such as FTP protocol to work around this problem. They could have done the same thing with PL/SQL, but has not wanted (or didn't know they can), or more likely they just re-designed an existing piece of code Java.

  a new project needs to export a movie to an animated gif.

  Fundamentally, I wonder all the projects I did the file/export option is disabled.

  If someone could tell me how to export a project as a git animation in a depth of color and custom output size?

  I couldn't find it under 'Share' too.

  Any ideas?

  Since the help files it is indeed said that PRE10 can export a gif animated, although all the tutorials from YouTube seem to be PRE8 or an earlier version. Contact Support Adobe (use the Contact Adobe button at the bottom of this page) and if they tell you how to post the answer here please.

  There is no quick sharing in vesion 10 feature.

  However, any custom output that you create by clicking on the button Advanced on a share of output page can be saved as a custom preset.

• How to export a video that I have edited in adobe... on vimeo

  I have a website for my rifle company and I can download videos from our weekend spearfishing trips, but the problem is that when I try to save the edited video that I created on my counter top and download on vimeo, vimeo says that a problem has occurred without any explanation. Vimeo is compatible with the website that I use, but adobe is not or I would use that. Help, please. How can I get the videos that I created on my Web site?

  You are on the right track, Cory. MOV and QuickTime are the same sharing options. Different versions call different things - but MOV Quicktime and the same output.

  As stated in the FAQ, once you have selected any of the DV presets (NTSC DV will do), you will then click on the Advanced button to open the customization window and create your custom output.

• Peripheral output channels Custom not updated

  I'm having a problem where my Custom peripheral output channels is not up-to-date in Veristand.  At first, I thought that perhaps I was not passing simply return all of the channels that I read but I got the Panel of peripheral pront open when it runs so I could see directly the data being transmitted and is all there (see attachments), but once it is written in the FIFO output is not are they displayed in Veristand on indicators of the workspace.

  The only thing I thought is maybe that VeriStand is reading the FIFO faster unit is written result in default values being read.  Ideally Veristand would maintain that the last value read if she meets and empty the FIFO, but since this part of veristand is not available to my knowledge, I have no way to confirm or modify this behavior.

  Anyone who has ever met this problem?  Thank you.

  The problem has been less channels than veristand supposed to write the FIFO output.

  Device to start the custom first for a fraction of a second he wrote number of channels or perhaps even no channels in the FIFO output coming much too fast to notice at the time wherever the front opens upwards so it appeared as if all the right lanes were sent.  Apparently if less than channels are added to the FIFO Veristand is pregnant, she's one of the remaining channels updated.

  Therefore if VS waits 20 channels and on the first round only 10 are written then from there he will send only 10 channels even if I may continue the planned 20.  This could also be the result of the mechanism by which work RT FIFOs.
