  I've recently set up a new router to ICU to my 3 computers in addition to the router of file sharing is configured in Bridge mode with an IP 192.168.0.2 for the network. I have CIP compatible with my Vista desktop as host. The network location has been home when I put in place.   Internet works very well now on all 3 computers (both Vista and XP machines) but whenever I start the Vista host computer, it changes the network back to the public, making it difficult to share files (at least between the two Vista machines). Periodically, while the Dell is running she also starts showed a white screen (with a roaring noise background) and changes to the public network. It was suggested that there was something wrong with my Vista computer. Is there any simple change I can do to activate the host stay private or I have to live with?

  You have administrative rights on this machine?  There are some functions that you will not be able to perform on a PC, unless you have the administrative law on this PC. Save your work, exit the program. Before launching the program again, right click on the .exe file and select run as directors. Click on continue or provide credentials admin if prompted.

  It could be hardware or software related. You can view these methods:

   

  Method 1.

  Please reset the Bridge preferences and then try it.

  Measures

  Start Adobe Bridge, and immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS down) until the dialogue box reset settings appears.

  Select all three options - reset preferences, reset Standard Workspaces and all miniature Purge Cache - and then click OK.
