• VM does not start after moving to another server

  After our production server is down with a motherboard broken, we install another server (different hwardware) and installed vSphere 5.1. Existing virtual machines (database) (origin server) are on a raid (two drives raid 1) controller. We installed the RAID drivers in vSphere to make the database accessible (Areca RAID controller). Then, from the "Configuration" tab we opened the VM (browse the database) of the databases of the existing virtual machine, rightclickt to the servername.vmx folder and choose "add to the inventory. After that, the VM are added to the inventory of the VM client. The first time, we started the virtual machine, he asked if the virtual machine has been moved or copied. Because we did not know the correct answer, we choose "copied". He mentioned when we did not know the correct answer, choose "copy". After that, there are a lot of disk activity, but it ends in an error that it cannot find the vmdk file.

  Have you added two virtual disks to the virtual machine? The _2 in the file name machinename.com_2.vmdk indicates usually that it's the second virtual disk on the virtual computer

• Eth0 lost after moving to another computer

  Hello...

  Ubuntu 8.04 server performed a vmware fusion 1.1.1. Then I copied it on another computer with vmware fusion 2.0.

  Now the Ubuntu has lost its eth0. I tried upgrading the virtual machine of the menu item. No help.

  When you run the virtual machine for the first time on the new system, we asked you if you moved or copied the VM.

  If so, what did answer? (Note: you must have answered "Moved").

• Pages stuck together, after moving to another document

  I wrote an applescript script that copies the pages from multiple documents in a single document. All pages of all ducuments are set on shuffle and all spread also.

  For some bizzare reason when pages are copied to the new document, they all stick to a spread, and I have to manually dismantle them.

  I searched around and can't see if I'm doing something wrong or if there is a bug in InDesign, I need to report. I tried this script in CS5 and CS6.

  Appreciate any input.

  You must have changed something since the transfer from one computer to the other. Any transfer would not have affected how the site works.

  Take a look on the below is the code which is located in thesection of your page, specifically the tag div {background-color: 000000 ;}} In my view, that has been added since you transferred it. If you delete this then animated works.

  Open the .jpr file in a text editor and find your old path and replace.

  Update the values for: JDEV_INSTALL_URL & PROJECT_URL.

  Another option is to create a dummy project in the new Jdeveloper and copy your folder (the one inside the the myProjects) and replace.

  I'm sorry to disappoint you, but it is always advisable to check for a product prior to Computability such movement in another country.

  The HP Deskjet Ink Advantage series is limited to specific markets, and only available in some countries in Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, ink cartridge for the printer can be bought in in the regions where the printer is sold, there is no compatible cartridge for your printer in to the Canada or North America.
