  It should come in the 6.4 update Nikon just released their updated SDK to update before the holidays: you can see a response from engineers Adobe here: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/tethering-with-nikon-and-leica

  I expect that the update soon, but I don't have any info on when this will be.

  In the meantime, there are some third-party utilities that will tie up with the camera Nikon on El Capitan, you can make it work with Lightroom. There are several linked in the above thread.

  Yes, there will be an update to Lightroom because of ongoing problems.

  For the moment, you can disable the "Show Add Photos Screen" in the Lightroom preferences > General and then restart Lightroom to check if that helps.

  We have 21 iMacs running on the server (El Capitan, recently updated) and alone is binding. The solution is usually quite simple for users and groups in SysPref. Remove the server host and binding, find the available server in the option drop-down menu, but for some unknown reason, the server is listed as unkown-00-00-12-34-56-78.home , that I found is the MAC address of the server. I ran this in a terminal:

  sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.mDNSResponder.plist 

  and

  sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.mDNSResponder.plist 

  back to link the server in SysPref and correct server name option appears briefly and then changed back to "unkown-00-00-12-34-56-78.home" right before my eyes!

  You see "unkown-00-00-12-34-56-78.home" anywhere on the server?

  Is the correct server name a bonjour name? That is to say theServer.com? or is it a FQDN name? theServer.YourDomain.com?

  What is the name of the performed client hello?

  Hello. I upgraded OSX earlier this week in the latest version of El Capitan. Not using Lightroom since then I think. This morning, LR wanted to update and I let him. Now, LR crashes when I close and let him make a backup of the catalog. I use oSX 'force quit' to close. Otherwise he not re-open.

  Can you please have a look at this issue?

  PS I spotted the new import dialog. Can't say that I like that too. I don't know that I'll get used to it.

• Why can't I import. ARW or. JPG files in Lightroom 2015.4 more after update?

  I am on Mac OS 10.11.3 El Capitan and am under Lightroom 2015.4 CC [1060496], Camera Raw 9.4 and Lightroom does not import my Sony. ARW files with a 77 error saying that it cannot read the file.

  It won't matter is no longer. Jpg or the other.

  Photoshop Camera Raw will read the files and import them into Photoshop very well.

  I installed Adobe Raw Converter and convert the. ARW to. Files DNG but Lightroom still will not import, copy, or move files.

  It seems that it is access read and write on the folder you need to do.

  Try to change the Destination folder, or give read and write access to the folder selected in the destination from the Finder Panel.

  Attach cameras Nikon and Leica using Lightroom CC 2015 and Lightroom (also noticed on other versions of Lightroom) 6 is not currently supported on El Capitan. Please see Lightroom and El Capitan | Mac OS 10.11.

  upper left above my name, says "synchronization 157 photos" for the last 2 weeks.

  I bought this so I could sync my photos for mobile, but I had nothing else problems from the outset. I understand that at the beginning, there are large amounts of pictures to download and I've been patient. I now have 71 albums more or less in sync, it worked well enough for a while, subject to changes appear almost immediately on platforms, but now synchronize no longer those newer.

  OK, well, I didn't have to remove all the images, I just had to lightroom CC shuts down completely and reopen it. then he started again the synchronization. have not checked on all of my collections, but it seems to have worked for one I have problems with. I had spent 189 photos unordered until 25 sorting and edited.

  I tried to print 4 x 6 on a 9500 MkII photos. Everything looks good in printing configuration. I chose the right paper size (4 x 6 borderless), I'm going to send the job to the printer and I can hear the printhead come and go, but when the paper comes out it is blank.

  Anything obvious, I'm missing here?

  > Check the selected paper type and profile of the printer used.

  If you get fine PDF printing, please uninstall the printer drivers.

  Download and reinstall the printer driver updated.

  Hello. I have a mac work computer that I use mainly as I am at work all day. I have a free Lightroom CC and toggled access from terrible iPhoto (Photos now) and now I want to be able to use it at home on my laptop too. I consolidated my photos in a lightroom catalog on an external hard drive that I would like to be able to access it from my computer at home as well - just in case I leave my job one day. Problem is, I don't have Lightroom at home so I need to get a copy and do not know how to proceed. I don't want to pay for CC every month. Is there a way to get a desktop only version and use it? Help, please. Thank you!
