Daily_Wallpaper_Changing

Hello
I have win 7 64 pro. and when I had vista I got a small screen wallpaper changer that would change the wallpaper at midnight :) that I liked, but with win7 it seams to change it when ever.  I really wish I could set the time for the wallpaper to change. I know it sounds petty, but it's the 1 of 3 think I can find wrong with win7
