  On PeopleSoft 9.2/PeopleTools 8,53 running on Server Windows 2012, I have a strange problem that I don't know how to solve problems. When I first log in (after clearing the browser's cache and cookies) all pagelets homepage not loading. Here is a screenshot of what I mean:

  Hello, thank you for your response. While the application or re-apply a patch tends to have similar behavior, it was not so in this case. I realized that it was much simpler than that, because the problem is related to incorrect connection! The trick is to specify a default tab in the connection URL or not add "/ h". I don't know what exactly the ' / h ' means, but here are some examples:

  I would not not start troubleshooting the problem before bouncing the application services to it may do the trick. As you can see, we have not many details on the error in the log files, so it cannot help, and measures will be bouncing services and see if the problem is reproducible or not.

• Guests of dashboard does not not for some table

  I'm on OBIEE, the latest version and I was faced with a problem with the guests of dashboard.

  The schema is built progressively to the RPD. It's all in one area.

  I created a quick dashboard for the "Global ID" and the "Time range" using between operator.

  Guests of dashboard has worked for first two analysis I built. However, I have added a new table to the diagram and apply the same guests of dashboard, but it does not work.

  However, if the use of filters for the dash prompt and hardcode the Global guest and time range, I get the result.

  I still don't understand as to why the guests of dash wouldn't work for this analysis.

  I was able to use a variable presentation for the GlobalID from the dash prompt, and that seemed to work. But it does NOT for the time range.

  Appreciate any understanding to solve the problem.

  I think that it doesn't work because of the type of data that you use in the time column.

  Try the following:

  1. create a calculated column in the concatenation of the year and the month of the RPD

  Example: mount (trim (cast ("YEAR" as char)): trim (cast ("MONTH_ID" as char)) under the number)

  change the fields of the YEAR and MONTH_ID to their respective

  2. replace your prompt 'slot' for this calculated column

  3 - in the analysis replace this column in the filter applied to the parameterization.

  As we are now working with the number data type, we can do between.

• Default dashboard does not work after the user login

  Hi all

  We have one issue in 11.1.1.7.1 where CHEMINPORTAIL does not work for users. Thus, the user lands on the home page / recent rather than the default dashboard after login.

  I followed Doc-ID 1576576.1 and Bug 17071629 - CHEMINPORTAIL SESSION VARIABLE IS INEFFICIENT is reported. I applied patch 17071629 on top of 7.1. I tried and checked that

  • ·     The URL we use to login is "http://machinename:9704/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome & startPage = 1".
  • ·         There is no set start page in my account to user other than default.
  • ·         In the responses, the session CHEMINPORTAIL variable retrieves the correct path of dashboard.
  • ·         I removed the space in the name of the dashboard and tried with the following path ' / shared/table of edge/_portal/PortalPathTest. In addition, assigned the same default value in the session variable. I also tried "/ Shared Folders/table of edge/edge/PortalPathTest ' and '% 2fshared % 2fDashboard % 2f_portal % 2fPortalPathTest' but nothing works.
  • ·         lsinventory watch the patch has been applied successfully.

  One thing to notice-

  1. connection url is: "http://machinename:9704/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome& page = 1"

  2 after the connection URL in the browser is changed into "http://http://scoreboard-sit.wellsfargo.com:9704/analytics/saw.dll?bieehomemachinename:9704/analytics/saw.dll?bieehome" and displays the homepage instead of default dashboard.

  3. now at this point, if I add "& startPage = 1" to the URL from step 2 above in the browser, it navigates automatically to the correct dashboard by default.

  In addition, this fix has fixed dashboard by default in acting. This means that if I act as a user, I have ask on correct dashboard by default. But if the same user actually connects, it lands on the home page.

  I suspect that if the URL redirect after login is the real problem. Please suggest if someone has an idea.

  I think it was the question-

  There was an error in java script associated with an undefined object, "mode" in logon.js.  This is related to the access or Section 508 (checked by developer tools for IE).  We have deleted this code from the logon page that was causing the error. We had personalized the page quite a bit ago. When I ignore the error and not through, I go to the correct page of portal access road. So, let's replace the file logon.js with backup and I hope that it will solve the problem.

  I'm trying to build a dashboard that the first page has several links to pages, each page has several report

  the question am facing is when I'm creating the link of Action and eyebrows through it, I don't see / my reports does not see the link of action

  no idea why?

  If you have tried to create Action link to a BIP report via access BI content you will notice you get an error message.

  My work around has been to use navigate to a Web Page and then use the URL to the report when I open the report in the browser

• Suite Wordpress plugin dashboard does not work

  The plugin Suite of edge , who says that Adobe will integrate leading edge animations with Wordpress does not work. When you try to download a bunch of animation (.oam), an error ("JS leading edge file /...edgePreload.js is not found"), and the animation is not uploaded to Wordpress. Unfortunately, it seems there is no work around to get animations animate dashboard running on Wordpress without this plugin. the plugin must be fixed as soon as POSSIBLE.

  Adobe ads say we can integrate 'seamless' animations of edge with Wordpress, but for now, it's completely false.  I know that edge is a third-party plugin, but I paid for Adobe´s service, no third party in charge.

  
  

  I work with Wordpress sites and if the plugin does not work, my subscription to Creative cloud becomes useless. I really need this plugin to work, so I can deliver my project designs to my clients.

  
  

  Please help forward this question to the right developer teams within Adobe, not just the "lonely one-man third edge Suite plugin developer guy." There probably need help for this problem. I think there is no need to remember, but just in case: Wordpress is the largest CMS in the world, the starting point for a large part of the internet sites, so it really hit me for not being able to integrate the edge animate with Wordpress.

  We tested it's all current versions of the browser and the dashboard seems aligned properly at this point.

  Test IE9:

  

  Do not know what might trigger this but try to erase any local cache and restart the browser.

• Does not update IOS app on iTunes

  Every morning, the first thing I do on my computer is updated on iTunes and update applications.   (The second thing I do is go to the podcasts - that show all as unsubscribed and manually update some who new podcasts and sometimes to say that I did not stop subscription).

  I just tried to update my applications, only that she either fail to update 'Find My Friends' and 'Podcasts '.

  Here is the error message:

  I don't want to get this message every day when I update all applications requiring an update!

  I went to my IOS devices and found the app store app (I never use, preferring to do everything on iTunes on my Mac).   They had an application that requires an update - but it was not one or the other of these two applications.

  What is going on?   Why iTunes says these applications need to day - but not update them?   Why my iDevices don't think these applications need to be updated?

This means that applications downloaded on your device directly contain only the code and necessary graphics on this particular device, requiring much less storage space.   When I click on the icon of dashboard or dashboard in safe mode, the cursor goes to the hourglass and then stops. In the windows log file, I got two errors. application error 1000

  I have a line of dashboard (scope: Page), when the user selects the value in the command prompt and click on apply an another guest of dashboard (hidden section) fills the values and then this variable of presentation is mentioned in the report.

  Question: Refresh the guest placed in the hidden not part and assign the value to the variable of presentation.

  For example:

  Section 1 > prompt dashboard

  (1) from the Date

  (2) Id analysis: (guest of cascade, founded date selected)

  Variable presentation: pAnalysisId

  (3) moral: by default all the values in the column

  Section 2 > fast dash (apply button then refresh is disabled)

  Analysis of parent IDs:

  See the value: select 'parent_anlysis_id' from 'SubjArea1' where 'id of analysis' to (@{pAnalysisId})

  Default value: Select 'parent_anlysis_id' from 'SubjArea1' where 'id of analysis' to (@{pAnalysisId})

  Problem is solved. The problem is in the report, all the filters have been based on variable presentation, which was not refreshing with prompt hidden values. Add a column with "is"lead"in the report and now values happen.

  I am currently using vCOps version 5.7.1 (adapter API)

  I created a dashboard customized with a personalized relationship widget.

  The dashboard provides a hierarchical view of the resources I'm followed by using vCOps.

  More than once a monitoring system contains all of the selected resources to display in the custom rel widget.

  This leads to the dashboard doesn't is not loaded / imported. After import of the dashboard vCOps gives the exception "not all key information has been found to import dashboard.

  You talk about importation of a dashboard in vC Ops correct? The "not all key information" error will occur if there are resources defined statically or relatively or metrics that are used by the widget or dashboard, but do not exist in the vC instance Ops that you import in to. Be tenacious by filling a widget with RK and attributes if you plan to import correctly into vC bodies of PAHO.

  Although I can't be sure without more information, it seems if you have a time issue between the agents and the server, the agent is overloaded or the server is overloaded and not metric treatment fast enough.

  Would you be able to share a copy of your report on the health of HQ? You can get it by going to Administration-> HQ health and then clicking on the "print" button in the center of a screen. To generate a report which will contain diagnostic information.

  I took the given suggestion and created an application that contains a number of articacts HTTP process, Multiprocess and Port that make up my monitored application.
  Applications I created then I added to my favorite dashboard in the hope that any changes to my application components would then give me affects him desired to give a change in status.
  
  Luckily we had an outtage in our QA lab for our DB port which I followed as a port, so some of the URL became unavailable. Hyperic correctly attracted my attention on these events through alert. However when I looked my dashboard for my application (with the port DB and different URLS), the status icon shows as grey or doesn't accumulate not statistics if I read the legend color correctly. Yet, when I browse to "Browse resources-> Applications" my request to the title of the question has a yellow triangle, indicating a problem...
  
  I don't know if it's a bug, but its odd course to get a change in yellow status under applications, but not on the dashboard...
  
  is there another work around, I can use? Maybe the groups (I'll try anyway), mixed groups?
  
  I ask only because we intend to use the dashboard RSS features to blow our laboratory QA together then display only the status level higher for the brass and the less technical people, save the guts of Hyperics surveillance and control digging for us heads?
