Day 13! Still no closer to get my subscription validated - would be desperate to be Adobe user

So, here I am 13 days after deciding to purchase a monthly subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and nowhere. Not through lack of trying, I might add. In my view, that it comes to attempt number 35. I had 3 cats with Adobe and a ticket, which is still being investigated. I also contacted PayPal, as suggested by Adobe, whether the transaction number is with this company. No, I was informed is with Adobe.

Meanwhile, my level of frustration is more. If as I feel, I could have used my AMEX card to subscribe, the operation would have been done and over with first try.
